I have no idea, but it would not make me wonder, if Microsoft would request to get 5 pounds of the cake to even allow this to happen. A lot of things Microsoft does lately is showing tendencies to grab money from gamers and to target other gaming platforms then their own. What does it have to do with currency - the web-shop offers crown packs just for PC/Mac only - just press the "more info" button and read the conditions of the packs - it states PC/Mac only - this is independent of currency.0 -

I am pretty sure that Sony runs the sale in their own stores. ZOS Bethesda Softworks is merely acting in an effort to coordinate them all. If SIE Europe does not want to run a Crown sale right now because they just ran one two weeks ago, they won't.

because the listed prices in Euros are the same for the forum store & xbox
the listed price for USD ar the same for the forum store and xbox,
the listed priced for GBP are lower in the forum store than on xbox.

I got two or three 5500 packs around that November/December sale and they've covered me for the DLCs so far this year plus some mounts and costumes. I'm on XB1 and it won't let me buy any. I'm getting an error code for PayPal. They sure don't get any error code when they take funds out from PayPal for my monthly eso plus sub. Screw them , I just stopped the auto renew. I'm going to miss that craft bag but I'm done giving money to this glitched up mess that eso on xb1 has become. 0 -

✭✭✭✭✭The trouble is, that there is nothing to buy in the store, I have 25k crowns sitting there now, and they are useless until end of the month, then a short burst of stuff I can buy and then - waiting again - I see no reason why I would want more crowns, I cannot even make use of those I have currently, because ZOS is not bothering to put hairstyles and costumes on the crown store, which are ready and which we see NPCs wearing in the DLC zones, but they just do not bother to give them to us. Well, so be it, steam is happy to take my money and deliver me something fun for it - with ESO crowns I do not have fun, they are just sitting there without that there would be something to buy with them, what I would want. jcaceresw✭✭✭✭✭Well, I just bougth 5x5500 and 1x3000 packs. Each one done separately and paying throught Steam Wallet. Really @ZOS you need to implement a "shopping cart" allowing us to specify the amounts and paying for all the items in just one transaction. Better yet, can you charge us directly like as you do for the subscription fee (since I have registered my credit card info in your website) instead of redirecting to Steam Wallet where I had to deposit a certain amount of money (again, multiple transactions since I cant specify the amount I want but instead had to choose from a list of predefined options).
For the people, in case you wondering why I bought a lot of packs I plan to wait for a crown store sale. Since I sub each 6 months, I dont need to buy the DLCs and focus on better needed items.Edited by jcaceresw on August 4, 2016 6:30PM0 -
