It was touted at launch to be a "real advantage" to master all crafts.
IMHO opinion it is only a "time-sync" that insures continued subscription as well as a gold sync to purchase the most difficult to get items (IE Nirnhoned)
If I had it to do over I wouldn't even bother.
At the very least there should be some sort of improved chance in the RNC monster!0
