"No Death Run" dungeon achievements

I feel like only you, not the whole group, should have to survive to obtain these achievements.

I need the City of Ash, crypt of hearts, and the 2 Imperial city dungeons still. Every time I am close, someone else stands in the red or runs off the bridge, executes too early, you name it.

I know it is not a big deal but I would like toget those last few achievements!

Yeah, my problem is I am with a PUG. I am hoping, with text chat coming, that it will be easier to find a group for this specifically.

If you need them then try specifically call it out when you form group, group up with good players you know in your guild/friendlist, and do a second run immediately if your group came close in the first but failed.

using lfg for nodeath is like going to walmart to find beauty pageant winners. Unless you've got a thing for honeybooboo you're not going to find what you are looking for. lfg is more of a way to kill time than anything else.

you ps4? I can take you on some nodeaths tomorrow if my gameplay issues have resolved.

I hate these because my group always manages to get my hopes up then trip at the final/2nd last boss... unless the group wipes I usually survive so it's annoying (and I'm just a DPS!).

Crypt of Hearts people fall over during the 2nd-last instakill boss, and during City of Ash we got all the way to Skoria breaking the 2nd last platform... and someone ran the opposite direction to the remaining platform and exploded. One day...

My favorite is when you would have had a City of Ash no death, but someone decides to do the, "I'm going to run on my horse and leap onto the bridge before boss - while it is still in the middle of forming! It'll be so cool!" And they miss and fall in the lava.

Just keep at it. With the same people and not random helps the most. One day you will have those no death runs every run to a level where it all starts to get boring

Vote for ultra champion veteran mode for 4 man dungeons!

It would make no sense to have it at the player/character-level instead of team-level. No death runs require people to actually follow mechanics, avoiding enrages and other one-shots, not overtaxing the healer by standing in stupid or diving into 10-mob groups without blocking, and pulling smartly rather than trying to steamroll through the dungeon. It's a coordinated effort and it makes sense to be that way.

The only ones that are anywhere near hard to get are:

WGT - the double walls during Kena's last stage are the main culprit; if you're stamina, save your resources to roll dodge over them and go back to the healer's springs, assuming they're casting them; if you're magicka, use harness magicka but also roll dodge if you can. By this time Kena is really low on HP so you'll be mostly executing, it shouldn't take long and with some practice you'll only have to dodge 2 or 3 walls.

ICP - on the first boss don't let yourself be overwhelmed by the adds; the faster you take down the boss, the faster these will spawn, so be ready to AoE them from time to time. It helps if your tank or DK DD chains the casters on top of the boss so you can cleave them while mainly dealing damage to the boss. Watch out for the harvester (in fact, be careful around any harverster in this dungeon as they deal very high damage and you could be dead if your HP isn't full when you're hit). For all flesh atronachs, focus them as a priority while cleaving the rest of the mobs in the group so they never enrage. On the second boss you can ignore the zombies and focus the boss exclusively until he runs down to the lake, then clear all atronachs with AoE and return to the boss. On the fourth boss (flesh atro boss) make sure you spread when he buries his hands in the ground and summons the red circles so that you're not standing on the rim of the zombie-summoning donut he will place on a random player. Also, make sure you have enough room to run to safety when he summons the kamikaze hoarvors. Both the edge of the donut and the kamikazes' entire red circles are one-shot kills. On the last group before the Lord Warden with the 4 mini-bosses, make sure you interrupt the healer and destroy the totem so the fight doesn't take longer than necessary, keep everyone stacked inside healing springs and AoE like there's no tomorrow. The Lord Warden is basically random. I've had all sorts of experiences there, from not enough portals spawning by the time he does his attack where you have to drop down a portal, to portals always being on the far side of the room and behind a wall of blue orbs that snare you. It helps if everyone is aware of where portals are at all times - ranged DD/healer can try to stay near the farthest portal, leaving the closest to the tank/melee DD. Also stay near the walls or quickly sprint towards them when the boss summons the blue orbs, so that you leave the center of the battle field clear of those snaring orbs.

Usually, if I'm going for no-death, I'll say it at the start and ask people to play more carefully than they would normally. So no crazy stunts, not yoloing ahead of the tank, etc.
