I don't like this idea, but that's my opinion.
...you could just park the toons you're not using at a stable master and log in each one and train them. I have done this with all of my toons - they all have speed maxed and carrying capacity maxed...but I am still working on stamina. Granted I haven't spent any money on the crown store boosts and I'm about 70 days in. Yes, it a little bit of pain to park my toons at the end of my adventuring at a stable master, but I'm used to it now.
Just a thought to lessen your pain.

In PvE you have shrines and you can port. In PvP I have to ride in many occasions. It is good to have it but it is way more important for PvP unless you want to lose your time in riding.

You trained the mount. So if you wanted to change your mount, all your training of the previous one? Poof. Gone.
I'm more than glad to have the current system. Just means I have more reason to take my time with each of my characters.

If I was a new player I would probably agree with you. As a veteran player that has 4 characters with all 3 riding skills maxed out I don't agree. I put in my time and or $ to get them fully leveled. What makes you this special little snow flake and get this deal?

Why would it hurt you to let other people have an easier time than you did? Yes, I could have maxed them all out by now, but I spent my time on other things.. Why does the thought of other people having an easy time make you bitter? It's evolution, simple as that Our parents, and theirs, made living easier for us.. Now we can make the game life easier for the next wave of players

Not bitter. Just looking for fair value for my time, $ and effort.

Asking for the quik and easy is just lazy IMHO.

That you did it another way, makes no difference The first people in a new game gets to make the errors and tests.. Instead of being "oh you should be happy how it is now", why not keep trying to improve it? just because it has been even worse, does not mean it can not be improved even further

LOL! It's a good suggestion, but most of my poor horses would be level 5-ish because I never use them outside of PvP. The minute I get on a horse, I usually see a resource I want to gather, so I don't bother.
But I disagree that riding skill should be account wide. Pick the skill you want the most and start with that. The others are just added bonuses anyway.
Daemons_Bane wrote: »That could be solved with the skill line suggestion would also make it feel like older ES games The more you use something, the better it becomes
So, you want to do everything on one character, and basically have it all transfer to an alt?
What would be the point of creating an alt if you get everything handed to you, besides running a different class?
Champion Points are shared from 50. If you want to run with horses, pay for it, cheapskate!
