Turn down the auto ban system

Actually they don't. Never have. Never will. They only get bits and pieces and have to play detective and make a decision from inconclusive evidence. When you say lies like this you are only giving legitimacy to a VERY poor anti cheet system and review process that ZoS has in place.

I haven't pvpd since that day . Wasn't interested in playing with people that might still have people cheating . This has nothing to do with the OP's case , I just wanted to state aim happy ZOS is finally catching even slight CE users . I don't want them to turn anything down . I want this to go away . Even if it means losing some bad companions along the way .

Again , nothing to do with OP or anyone in this thread , just the anti cheat system .

@Cazzy you might want to take a look at this quote and add it to your thread about the common mindsets the exploiting os needed because "others are doing it"

Where was this attitude when all those bans went out for the survey exploiting issue. Back then you had a whole different attitude towards ZoS and the way they handled those bans. =(

It's really funny how people don't believe the evidence we get from players because it can easily be tempered with or not the evidence for the actual banning but then just asume stuff about ZOS.

So some nameless people at ZOS have private vendettas against players. At least that seems to be what you're saying. ZOS cooks up totally bogus evidence that only some certain players are cheating.

Of the two groups, which one would have the better reason for cheating or altering records? Players, who might be getting the rewards/attention/leader rankings? Or the company who wants to keep players interested in and playing the game to the point they've unbanned people who have openly admitted they were cheating/abusing surveys/whatever? Gee. I wonder which party is the more difficult to believe......

Additionally, how exactly do you support the idea that ZOS is going to make things okay when you fully acknowledge that previous action by ZOS is disgusting?

That is why you find yourself in a debate right now rather than harmonious agreement. Everyone here knows full well how prone to error making ZOS can be, we are concerned for our friends, worried about our future time, and we draw the conclusion that previous mistakes by ZOS set a precedent for them making more mistakes. This seems to be the opposite of your conclusion that, somehow, ZOS will make everything alright.

I'm sure an appeal would have these folks right back in game so...what's the problem? Why the hell do I need to see their videos and debate over things I have no clue about? I can't unban anyone. Send your evidence to ZOS and move on. This isn't a psa to the forum community. You'll forgive people for being suspicious. Since there is no valid reason for this thread to exist, we can only assume it's a plea to have guilty parties reinstated, with bogus evidence.

For a discussion? Doesn't matter whether you can unban them or not, but this discussion is needed if there is a system in place banning innocents

Discuss what? If they are innocent, they will appeal. That is the system already in place. People have used it before, why is this any different? This discussion is completely unnecessary and the longer it goes on, makes it seem as if it was created for another purpose all together.

both guilty and innocent players are being automatically banned, then automatically unbanned after 72 hours without any additional actions... what's the point actually

When ZOS is telling those who were banned to just make a new account, it really shows that it doesn't matter if someone cheats.

@andy.s Jace isn't banned for 72, it doesn't mention that it says it's permanent

It may not be perfect, but nothing like this ever is. But if one in 10 are not hacking then i say thats acceptable percentage to get rid of cheaters. But i might think differently if i were one of the innocents.
