Does anyone use this skill in PvP/PvE?

These comments make me sigh. It isn't by any means a bad skill. It isn't the best and could be better, but it's not bad at all. On 2h stamblade builds it actually really nice. Cast caltrops+hail+rearming trap+brawler and then light attack+power extraction spam. Combined with forceful passive it's massive AoE.it's a bad skill. Even for stamblades, sap essence is a better option.
Maybe if it had a debuff associated (like minor fracture) it could be an option for groups

Yes, PvE. This thread isn't just about PvP. And, no lol. Not almost all skills are good in PvE. Pick the wrong ones and your dps will go down drastically. Silver leash? Really? I'm not talking overland cheese here. These comments make me sigh. It isn't by any means a bad skill. It isn't the best and could be better, but it's not bad at all. That's from PvE perspective or PvP? Because in PvE almost all skills are good (except cloak), even Silver leash.

Whenever you want try this with an asylum bow:
snipe -light attack - leash - light attack - arrow spray- light attack - leash pull - light attack - scatter shot. You will be surprised.
I've been trying that rotation for PvP (with some changes) adding a dodge roll before the pull to get some evasion, but my Ping doesn't help me much
