@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_CaseyCoffman Thought this might be helpful, as opposed to the million threads that keep cropping up. Let's keep things constructive, detailed and on-point. Rants and trolling, I will ask to be moderated. Try and state how and when the error occurred/ reoccurred so that ZoS can better identify a cause and fix.I will update this original post with new bugs as discussed in this thread. - Massive slowdown in FPS when in overworld or dungeons. Even solo instances are affected. Happens frequently and no matter the location.

- Often slowdown is followed by a muffling, then a complete absence of sound. No sword swings, sound effects, music. Nothing. Sound errors can also happen without these circumstances present, and usually in crowded areas. This is especially prevalent in dungeons.

- Mobs vanishing for certain players (including bosses). Other players could see said mobs, and hit them, but the individual affected could not. Amendment: also affects overworld mobs and NPCs. There is always a delay before they appear. It's curious that this should be happening, considering ESO is a client-side game--or so I thought.

- Constant phasing. At least that's what I think is going on, where a load screen appears for no reason. Phasing inside a 4 man instance, however, is certainly a new bug for me. This also occurs in delves.

- Sometimes, only sometimes, the aforementioned screen passes and the player is returned to the instance. Other times, a "this may be an unusually long wait" message appears and the player can only return by shutting down the client.

- Spoken dialog in the Litany of Blood quest does not match what is on screen.

- There have been reports of issues with the Thamaturge CP passive affecting not certain skills. (I don't spec into it, so I can't say for sure, though other threads are diligently reporting that it is, indeed, not working. There are also posts a few spots down that explain the issue in detail.)

- Activity Finder has ceased all functionality for the most part. Que as a tank/ healer and waiting for an hour seems unusual. Relogging does nothing. One of my three toons is able to que and I have no idea why. The others cannot. Also annoying and ongoing is that you have to click a number of times to even que. Rarely does the menu que you on the first button press/ click. It's been that way for as long as I can recall.

- Dark Stalker passive does not give the speed bonus/ reduction as indicated (On console--think it was fixed on PC).

- Quest Markers do not appear on the overworld map for some time after the map has been pulled up.

- Weapon swap animations linger when swapping bars, or, are simply missing necessary anatomy or placement (one handed bows, for example).

- Mail arrives upon login informing him/ her of reaching CP 160, again and again...

- Charges still don't seem to be working. "Target too high or low" error.

- Enemy telegraphs--for charges in particular--do not match the direction in which the enemies charge.

- Crypt of Hearts Veteran. So very, very busted. Numerous slowdowns, missing mobs and loading screens. Can replicate the loading screen issue, each and every time, after dropping down the first hole and attempting to sneak past the 1st boss. (This results in loading screens for all and those who are able to return without restarting the client are surely dead.)

Again, start rhyming them off down below, and don't forget the details. I'll add them here throughout the evening until I head to bed (and continue in the morning). Tamriel will make it through this crisis, I'm sure :) Play nice and have fun!

Edit: I find it disappointing that we haven't had any official communication from ZoS on the state of the DB patch, or iterative patches to fix the damage, on consoles. There's no maintenance next week (for consoles), so I guess this just is how it is for a while. And don't trot out the PSN/ Live certification card, since FFXIV, Warframe, DCUO and nearly every console MMORPG that I can think of has no problem getting iterative patches, or even large content patches, through, day and date, across a number of platforms.

    P.S. I've noticed a few of these issues on PC, and all of them on console (PS4). Both machines are in perfect working order. (The former is a gaming rig built last year that hasn't had a single hiccup running at 4K/ 60FPS with anything I've thrown at it--with the exception of ESO).

    I don't know if you'd call this an actual bug or glitch, or just the way it is with this game engine, but the fact that corpses don't disappear when the formerly deceased is respawned right on top of themselves, sometimes as many as 4 times or more, is ridiculous. Reminds me of the "boss camping" in delves at launch, when there would be 20 or more piled up versions of the boss that would linger for way too long.

    So immersive.

    I think that's just the game, but it was hilarious in Kvatch this morning with one hundred bodies littering the streets and alleys--a wading sea of the dead--from everyone doing their DB quests there. I should have screen capped it. Oh, and the city guards are just standing around, too.

    Confirming for Xbox one

    -mobs vanishing
    -constant phasing as in, just moving and the game goes woosh and reloads and it's not quest related.
    -FPS issues
    -add in constant game crashing
    -quest location on map dissapear a and then reappears sometimes or not at all. Requires constant opening and closing of the map or waiting for 10 or more seconds each time.
    -PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

    I did notice slowdown but what do you expect? Its new dlc of course everyone wants to play that means more slowdown.

    Lets not forget the weapon swap animation bug where hold a weapon the wrong way.

    * The fence merchant (the one you summon) will disappear then reappear when you walk a bit. (Xbox)
    * Weapon placement while holding them screws up from time to time. (Xbox)

    Don't know if the run speed debacle has been fixed. It also appears there is a problem with thermaturge applying on certain dots. Red diamond doesn't appear to be procing on flurry. And of course the infamous problems with cloak. Cloak breaking prematurely like pre 1.6. Health dysnch is still a problem. Did they ever fix the animation canceling medium weaving glitchy ness?

    The slowdown should not be affecting solo instances, ever. There's no other players to ping, render, or calculate for in those instances, and these places have been smooth before when run on previous toons.

    Also, sometimes a warning on the box is the best idea--even the dullest nail can get the point. This is a constructive thread and non-constructive posts will be flagged as "off topic" and removed. Better to lay it out there.

    Finally, the list has been updated with additional reports.

    Nothing in this thread from what I can tell is a bug or actually exists.

    The dungeon finder works fine, we jst need tamerial one to get more ques.

    Respectfully, you have no idea what you're talking about. These inconsistencies and errors, from how the game was BEFORE DB, are by definition: bugs, glitches and errors in the code. They do exist, and there has been topic after topic stressing this in less eloquent and polite ways than what we're trying to accomplish in this thread. If you're not going to contribute and stay on topic, I'll flag you for moderation.

    Gap closers are still broken failing to work on slight elevations, teleporting you through the ground...also happens with DK's leap.

    Mob telegraphs not syncing properly to the actual location, prime example are mobs that charge will lay the telegraph animation and charge in a different direction.

    Weapon swap still breaks idle weapon animations leaving the animation for the opposite bar on your current one.

    Darkstalker still does not work if you apply major expedition after you enter crouch stealth 50% of the time. Also someone mentioned it not working with concealed weapon haven't tested this as I haven't played magblade in ages.

    Cloak still breaks on several dots, eg: guards lightning damage dot and dks spiked armor will break cloak 100% of the time if you move.

    Cloak breaks on single target abilites eg light atack, gap closer, wrecking blow, dark flare etc etc.

    Can still tab target ppl in clouding swarm.

    Being charged ability costs without casting abilities while in combat (been struggling to replicate whats actually causing this)
    Seems to be when your affected by someone else's mutagen.

    Just a few off the top of my head.

    Puncturing Sweeps is not currently scaling correctly from Thaumaturge. Its only scaling from blue tree magicka boost and no % increase on Xbox One EU

    Smart casting with restoration staff spells rapid regen is not working, 13 casts to get it to hit the only damaged party member, seems to be random.
    On more than one occassion healing ward cast on myself instead of the damaged party member.
    This is on ps4

    Ability costs, mob telegraphs, cloak/gap closers/darkstalker and weapon animations are all current issues caused by DB patch fixes and whatnot.

    A bug I've noticed while trying to sneak around doing TG and DB quests is the blue circle that shows the aoe detection for npcs with the torch doesn't always appear. I have to come out of stealth and go back in to have it appear.

    Vet SO Hard Mode, once the boss fight has been engaged the room becomes permanently locked. Even after a wipe players cannot enter the room. If someone crashes the run is over because they can't get back into the room.

    PS4 - The random load screens are the worst. Our entire group just wiped in Crypt of Hearts when we all went to a random load screen. I have noticed extremely choppy gameplay and laggy response all around.

    Can we get some sort of official chiming in, or acknowledgment of the litany of issues plaguing the console version of the DB patch? Please and thank you? Would go a long way toward customer service and dispelling some of the negativity around here. If you intend for these issues to persist over the weekend while maintaining radio silence, you're going to have a lot of irate customers.

    If you need further clarification, details or explainations for any of the above bugs, just ask myself or the pertinent poster.

    Oh, and I think by now it should be evident to all that a console PTS is needed. Both Sony and MS now allow open betas, alphas even, on their machines, and ZoS really needs to get a foot in the door with that to prevent an apocalypse every time a content patch launches.

    Just to add to the sound bug, it's present on PC as well. Few reports seem to indicate it has to do with the 32-bits client.

    Besides the constant lag now:

    1. Plentiful Harvest Passive in the Lover Champion Tree not functioning in pre 50 zones. Also the % seems to have changed from 10% to about 5%. I've harvested many nodes over last couple days to confirm this.

    2. Not sure if bad luck in RNG but I haven't been getting any nirncrux since patch. I usually get 1 or 2 nirncrux per 3 surveys in Crag. 2 days ago I did around 8 surveys and got 0. I've been harvesting nodes in Craglorn as well, a lot of nodes, and also have gotten 0.

    3. Activity Finder is broken. Queuing up with a friend who queues up as tank/dps and I queue as healer/dps should yield us results in less then 1 min, which it did previously. Now we sit in queue forever. And this is for normal random.

    4. Templar animation to toppling charge has changed, it looks very weird now and makes me want to take it off my hotbar as it fails a lot now. Used to be an arc type jump in the air and land coming down on the enemy with your spear. Now its a charge, then jump and spear thrust. This is most likely on purpose but I just can't accept it mentally and will probably end up dropping it from my skill set.

    As far as the biting jabs scaling with Thaumaturge, I think that was by design as its not really a dot ability, its a multi strike ability. So the Elemental Expert would apply but not Thaumaturge. Just a thought.

    It has been confirmed as a DOT per ZOS. I would kindly ask that you review the thread and the links within in that reference ZOS stating it is a DOT as well as them stating it should be buffed by both thaumaturge and elemental expert.

    If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I was simply trying to get all the information in one place to make it easier for everyone to identify and track issues.

    My bad, didn't know ZOS said it was a dot as well. Was just going off the skill description. I'm fairly new to the game.
