Weighed used to increase light attack/heavy attack speed by 10% for two items. But that is useless if you were animation channeling which most people do as you were anyway clipping the animation instantly so the decrease in its animation time was literally useless.6 -

Spending a few hours in a CP160 zone gets you all the mats you need. I suppose if you never bothered to level crafting you are s.o.l., but gold tempers cost so much more than the mats, it makes no sense...2 -
