So I went to an early screening of Warcraft. The movie based off of world of Warcraft (duh) . I thought it was pretty good, it gave me a lord of the rings vibe. I went in expecting ok, and got more. The movie come out on the 10th In us theaters, but i got to see it early and also got to meet the actress of Ganora a slave orc that plays a pretty big role in the movie. We did a Q and A and all and it was awesome. #IDIGORCGIRLS. But that made me think, Why does elder scrolls not have a movie yet. Seeing warcraft I bet ES the movie would be even more awesome, and probably pick up more fans. It can use the time frame of ESO and get away with awesome huge battles. (Can you imagine seeing WB Spam on the big screen?) Can you imagine getting chills from hearing the song of the dragon-born on the big screen!? (I know its a continuity error but who cares!?) I am just saying if done right... we can have an awesome experience. Also did I mention ORC chicks are hawt?

    I will see this movie this weekend! I know I'll love it too.
    I have often thought of a movie based on Morrowind.There is great content and it isnt so huge that the material would overpower the idea of making it a movie.ESO has far too much material.There would have to be a series,..like LOTR.
    THAT would work!
    Oh,and that song isnt the Dragonborn song.It's the main theme from Morrowind,just ramped up.I like the soft beautifdul MW original version more,I think.

    Betheseda has either never thought of it or they really dont know where they would set the story. Theres a lot of opportunities and plenty of room for them to just make something up. But theyd probably want to tell a story that the fandom has some idea of.

    Id love to see the Battle of Red Mountain. But I dont know how well that would go over with national audiences since it wouldnt involve humans but instead the Dwemer and Dunmer.

    Honestly... I would LOVE to see a movie based on the rise of Tiber Septim ending in his Mantling to Talos.

    Better yet. Do it over the course of 3 seasons. HBO needs some new content what with Game of Thrones coming to an end. . :wink:

    How about the questline leading up to killing Dagoth Ur? THAT was a good one,long enough to fill a movie.

    Elder Scrolls is a huge universe, too much for a movie. I was talking to my guild about this today, and we agreed that a TV Series would be so much better.

    I could see that. But it would probably work best as an animated or CGI animated series. I dont think a live action TV show would have the budget to really show off the world of Nirn.

    It would seem that a TV series would do the Elder Scrolls series and it's lore a bit more justice. and give the proper time to do things right.

    I would just pray it wouldn't turn into the crapwagon that The Shannara Chronicles is. Great source materiel...but total butcher job. Well done MTV :(

I just read the synopsis, and it reads as if it were pulled straight from WoW's Burning Legion expansion. I stand corrected. Seems it should have been titled World of Warcraft instead.

    There's so much CGI in the Warcraft movie, the actual actors look out of place.
    Either go all CGI, or very little CGI. Warcraft looks like "Vikings in Toontown."

    Ok,so what.They are supposed to be larger than the other races still.In any game I have played that has Orcs,ESOs are the smallest.

    Ok,so what.They are supposed to be larger than the other races still.In any game I have played that has Orcs,ESOs are the smallest.

    I agree they should be bigger as in more muscular, seeing as they are more primal in nature, but not beastial like other games, because it's not really what they are
