Dark Brotherhood BUG: Medicinal Use is not working

The tooltip displays the correct duration, but if you actually take the potion and track how long the effect buff lasts, you will see that it is not working.
This bug was reported on the PTS (and acknowledged by ZOS 12 days ago), yet it is still present here on release.
@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Is there an ETA on when this will be fixed? This duration effect bug (I didn't have a chance to test the other durations before the server went down, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're still similarly broken) is very serious and needs to be addressed ASAP.

I don't suppose this bug, which has been reported and confirmed by you guys about two weeks ago could get the same kind of fast priority treatment as this mysterious "item-related issue" that isn't even an exploit? The item related issue will involve them losing money, anything else and we would have to wait for the fix
If real life had a block function i would go out more.
