Xbox NA was broken by maintenance

It was working fine for me before your unplanned maintenance yet now I'm met with:
LOGIN FAILED
An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service at help.elderscrolls.com

I know Gina is a mommy now so I assume I should bring it to @ZOS_JessicaFolsom attention, to notify the guy who broke it with botched maintenance.

I did all the usual steps to ensure it's not on my end.

I am also on Xbox NA.
I have no issues logging into EP or DC, but all three of my AD characters took about three minutes to load. (No errors, though, just a giant wait).

Same issues. NA xbox AD character, was loading into reliquary vault and got a message saying Unusually long load time. Quit, and got a can't connect error. Tried again, got on my character, and the loading screen is stuck again on entering the reliquary vault. So yeah, somethings broken still.

Same here. Auridon. There's a few threads on the Xbox support area where they've asked for character names and zone/server. Added mine.

I'm getting this error message at the initial server login, I can't even get to the character selection screen. I've seen a bunch of comments on the Community ESO message on Xbox live stating the same thing so it's definitely something they need to fix and not my machine.

I've restarted my Xbox and modem, still can't get past the main screen.

Finished today's normal pledge on my VR16 AD character, went to Grahtwood to deconstruct, got kicked to a loading screen. Now I cannot log into that character (eternal loading screen on the character selection page), and she is still showing as being in the dungeon even though I turned in the key and everything - so I am guessing the pledge was also reset.

Logged in on my EP character with no problems.
My DC character had a slower loading screen but loaded fine.

All three of my AD characters are locked from being able to log in, or it takes absolutely forever.

Can't log in, being told that I'm not an ESO+ member even tho I'm in Wrothgar and own the DLC's, and my teammates are getting "unusually long load time" screens that last forever....then force you to hard reboot...to being locked out AGAIN.
What's going on?!

It seems that at this time of night we won't have any attempt at fixing this until tomorrow morning...hopefully they get it right this time before they stamp "all done" again.

It's strange how some of you can connect and load up characters before experiencing loading issues as I can't even connect to the server at the main screen.

Managed to get in on my level 24, froze on a load screen into a four man dungeon (Blessed Crucible)... Kicked back to where I was with an error that the load failed. Took three tries to get in. And I can't use anything but ultimates and heavy attacks. Roll dodge doesn't work, but if I am feared I can walk wherever I want anyway... But my stamina regen is permanently locked to zero as if I am permanently blocking.

This is getting frustrating.

Half our crew is waiting in Maw, the other half literally have ESO+ wiped from their character sheet, load screens are really long IF they get in at all, ( we have had three players call it a night after not being able to load for an hour +) and once loaded can't travel. Can someone please update us that they are seeing the Xbox issues are not resolved, please? Thank you

Apparently they broke it at 3 PM then went home for the day. Hopefully the 6 AM patch people get to work on this tomorrow.

It would be nice to at least get a response about this. I can log onto certain characters, but not others. Unfortunately my mains are the ones that I can't log into. Have tried resets and everything else I can think of.

After trying...think this may be the case. Every character that isn't in Grahtwood will load. Every character that is in Grahtwood won't load.

There is a post at the top of the page saying that the login issue has been resolved. It hasn't. I still can't log in.

This issue is still occurring when trying to zone in areas such as Grahtwood, Vulkel Gaurd, Cyrodiil, Wrothgar, pretty much anytime we zone (3 xbox in our house, 3 different accounts, all experiencing the same issues)

i think it is ---- i can log in , and fast travel anywhere, except grahtwood --- it just stays in the loading screen. i actually dozed off for 20 minutes and it was still on the loading screen.

It does seem to be that way lately. I, too, got the "log in fail go complain to ESO" notice for a couple of hours. I got in later but still, why does a maintenance, scheduled or un, mean log in problems soon after completion. Who's system is not meshing properly with whom?

Ordinarily, it's not a big deal but I spent over an hour swapping back and forth between 3 characters trying to make a stave for a fourth only to have to wait until last night when research was finally done before I could finish re-outfitting a fourth character so she could go forth and teach an uppity world boss that she was not the squishy mage he thought she was. I won.

Last night's action was in Shadowfen and Rivenspire where I had no trouble getting in or doing what I wanted to do. I didn't try the crafter currently in Grahtwood or characters in Auridon, Greenshade or Deshaan.

I didn't have any problems logging in, but the game was telling me that I wasn't an eso+ member. My Xbox account says that I am subbed til 7/25. I did send in a ticket and got a response today saying it should be fixed. Can't wait to get out of work.
