Since Trials are not in Group Finder how does one find a groups to do them?

I have tried LFG in chat until my fingers are bloody red stumps, and very rarely get anyone willing to do a trail, but am never able to get enough players. the most I have ever gotten was myself and 2 others.

Is there some secret to this?
Am I missing something?

You need to join a guild that does trials.

The reason is that trials are considered to be difficult end-game content and generally require a much higher level of coordination and group-play than the typical dungeon. So the coordination, structure, and mentoring that a guild can provide is essential.
