Shouldn't Guild Slots be available through crown store too, just like Character Slots?

It's not a major issue, but I have a hard time managing guilds. There's always more guilds that I want to be a part of, and the limit of 5 makes it hard to pick and choose. I'm at a point where I can't drop any of my current guilds because they are there for a one reason or another.

It would be nice if we could purchase additional guild slots from the crown store, just like character slots. Just wanted to see what everyone else thought about this.

    Five is already too many. Current guilds would be stronger and able to offer more of everything if players weren't diluted across so many useless guilds. IMO the opposite needs to happen, but I have no clue how that would be accomplished at this point.

    Yea, no. Worst idea ever.

    So tired of weak guild members. The only people that would be interested in additional guilds slots would be weak guild members. Users and not contributors.

    1 PvP Guild
    1 Mule Guild
    1 End-Game Trial Only PvE Guild

    I run out of traders slots so I need atleast two additional guild slots - 1 for another trader guild, and 1 for a general PvE guild.

    These are issues relating to bigger problems with this game and shouldn't be hamfixed by simply adding more guild slots.
    1. You need multiple trade guilds because there is only 30 slots. Solution - Request more slots to sell things.
    2. You have a mule guild because for *** inventory space. Solution - Request crafting bags, more inventory space.

    Asking for more guilds because you only want a few more spaces to sell things just dilutes this already diluted system further. I think everyone should get 3 guilds max. 1 PvE, 1 PvP and 1 Trade. Then fix the underlying problems to strengthen those.

    Yeah, I kind of like the idea. Between my Trader Guilds, PvP,PvE, and crafting Guild I'm full up.

    I disagree, just because the system won't handle it very well. It may be good for you, but there's already too many Guilds and not enough Guild Traders, so if the biggest sellers get more Trading Guilds they'll force out other people. We need more Guild Traders to be sure, and I think an increase to at least 50 slots per Guild to sell with is in order, but having more Guilds is unnecessary and harmful. Not to mention the Guilds that are already there have a player limit which they're usually at, so in order for more people to have more Guilds, again people would have to be forced out to make room, likely the least active players. And that's not right, just because you play a little less than someone else is no reason to be ousted to make room for someone to have their 8th Guild.

    I also agree with what someone else said about spreading players too thin across Guilds they don't participate enough in, with the limited number of players per Guild we actually need members that are properly active and participating. 5 is already plenty, and if it ain't broke don't fix it.

    I hate havin' to deal with 5. I'd rather just have an auction house that completely eliminates the need for trade guilds and opens the market. IMO the Guild Trader System is just in place to stifle the market and limit the redistribution of goods between players as a method to artificially extent content life.

    I think one of the main reasons ZOS doesn't want an auction house and wants to keep the traders is because how big of a gold sink they are. 3-4mil bids on each trader on console in the big areas is a major major coin sink. Take that away with an auction house and you'll ruin the economy of the game. Prices will inflate like crazy!

    @DangerMan for that purpose they could easily introduce:
    • a barbershop to change appearance and voice for 10k-20k.
    • a surgeon that could change gender and race for 10k-20k.
    • a court that would sell scrolls to change name for 10k-20k
    • a sorcerer that could tell you which morphs of skills you have and don't have levell'ed for 10k-20k.
    • a currency office that transfers gold into alliance points and alliance points into gold - for a % tax.
    • crafters that sell materials of all levels for gold.

    If they added stuff like this to the base game, or even a DLC then so many players would be happy, and it would be a huge goldsink.

    The problem with the guild system in this game is, that many guilds are dedicated to specific purposes, so if you have interest in achieving different things - you will have your contact and network limited by the 5 guilds rule.

    Looks like Zeni prevailed in brainwashing you guys into expecting all fixes to be sold in crown store.When in all honestly guild slots should be reduced to 3 and remove traders and just add an auction house
