Power Extraction needs a little something extra.

It's a huge deal in PvP to have an ability that punishes you for roll dodging. There are not very many abilities that can actually do that. But if you look at NB class tree, it is very prone to being hard countered by roll dodging.

Same examples;
Death Stroke/Morphs
Agony/Morphs
Strife/Morphs <-- Not 100% sure on this one since it hits it's target really fast
Siphon Strikes/Morphs <- you need to physically deal LA/HA/hit with another ability to the target to proc it
Veiled Strike/Morphs
Assassin's blade/Morphs
Grim Focus/Morphs <-- Assassin's Will can be dodged

If Drain Power/Morphs still hits people while they are roll dodging in DB, the damage should be kept in check for sure. Someone should go science that for us on PTS.

Night blades absolutely should under no circumstance have native access to major mending. You can't on the one hand be the dps oriented class with the best active and passive abilities in the game for dealing damage, and then think it's ok to have the hallmark tanking passive that sets DKs and Templars apart. Don't get carried away now you gankers.

Hey that's why in a later post I asked for minor mending instead.This allow SStamina Dk and templars to stay tanky and have good healing but still allow NB to be able to compete in 1v1 with their healing.As it is right now Stamblades are completely underperforming and being out healed compare to temp and DK.Which isn't fair each class should be competitive and giving minor mending will help make them a little better in 1v1.
