We identified an issue where the timer was starting prior to the message that the Trial had started (specifically the hallway before the door to the first tablet). In the near future we will be adjusting those two messages to match so that the timer and the trial start at the same time.

@ZOS_Finn I'm the current maintainer of one of the addons in the OP's screenshot. The time displayed in that screenshot is the time that the game's API is supplying the addon via EVENT_RAID_TRIAL_COMPLETE. So the time being reported is the time that your server has been keeping for the purposes of scoring and is the time that your server is reporting to the addon as the official trial scorekeeping time.

So, if I understand your post correctly, you are saying that the server is actually running two different timers, one for the purposes of trial scoring, and the other for the purpose of speed run calculation, and that the two timers have different starting points?

Thank you for the quick reply. We did it now going in all together and instantly started the trial. We got the achievement now.

Thank you for the quick reply. We did it now going in all together and instantly started the trial. We got the achievement now.

Raidtimer trolled us hard there haha. To be fair, the achievment says when we enter the TEMPLE OF SEVEN RIDDLES the timer begins. And that is at the 1st door.
it is weird that there are 2 different timers. However, it seems we all have to learn reading better lol
we also had to learn it the hard way.

Thanks man. Yes, I also noticed that the achievement stated that afterwards. It's still a bit weird however, because it means the game keeps two timers. The official trial timer started after the 2nd door and the timetrial timer started after the first door. I mean, why implement that?

I dont know what you did but.. my group did speed run the other day 37m (all trash) we didnt not have anyone leave the lobby and we still didnt get the achievement

(everyone just ported in and we started on the FIRST door before the hallway)

We gathered in reapers march, at the door of the raid. Stupid, but it worked.
