Set Guild Fee/Tax - Create separate tabs for lists of players that have and have not paid the fee.

How exactly do you see that function working? I'm curious. I think being able to sell certain ranks for timed periods would nicely solve that issue. Along with tracking total gold donated.

Guild Leader sets a fee for everyone in the Guild. The game then creates a base list of players that havent paid the fee yet. When players begin paying the fee they are extracted from the first list and placed on the new one.

A Daily, Weekly and Monthly Gold Deposit Count on the Tab of players that have payed would easily keep track of whats coming in. That same counter for the gold could be copied onto another tab for the Guild to keep track of when the list isnt active.

That's an interesting idea. But between purchasable ranks and gold deposits being tracked in member notes I think that would cover it. Maybe have members who haven't paid in awhile show up as red on the roster? Or if they haven't gotten in in awhile either? And members who are active and have donated recently show as normal or green?

I think ability to set guild tax would be a really cool function. It would allow for guilds to run the guild in a completely different fashion. Some guilds would eliminate min deposits and replace with a structured tax system which i think is a pretty cool concept depending on how well done the system was...

The issue would still remain of guild unions that monopolize areas simply because they can. [Guilty] however, some guilds do this not to maintain order, but to maintain dominant over up and coming guilds. The entire structure needs to be redone to give new guilds a chance. They should impliment a guild leveling system for active guilds that resets every 4 months. Like a guild leaderboard. So active and productive guilds can enjoy real benefits of being active and productive. A max level guild could even have a multiplier for guild trader kiosk locations. And bonuses to xp. The possibilities would be endless. Then it would require guild leaders to run positive guilds in the game and would just be up to whom ever found the latest glitch (writs, pc transfers, pig farm, boosters ect..) that would really make the game more interesting.

Seriously. You announced guild utilities in the ESO 1016 year ahead. When are we going to get some info on them? Running a guild on console is a nightmare and creates a HUGE divide in guilds because only a handful of players will sit and stare at guild histories for hours everyday.
