Unable to install PTS

Hello everyone! When the PTS dropped for DB i tried to download it (i have never installed the PTS so it was a 46gb download). It got all the way up to 78 % and then said "content write failed" i tried restarting the launcher and letting the download go again but i kept getting "content write failed". Aftr this i repaired the download and let it restart all over again for 3 hours until it got to 87% and said "content write failed". Its the next day it this point and i cancel the repairing process and try to jusst quit the launcher and do a fresh install before i go to work. I come back and the launcher is stuck at 88% 
so i quit the launcher and try to install it again with a fresh install and it shows that its installed and ready to "play" ? Even though i was only at 88% so i click play and an error comes message comes up and i cant play the game. I tried relaunching it at least 10 times and i got the same error every time. Next i quit the launcher and start it again and then try to install the pts but i cant because it shows its already installed. I press the gear icon to uninstall the pts and it says that ots unistalled. I try to reinstall before i go to bed and when i wake up its stuck at 77% with "content write failed" so i cancel the download and try to download fresh AGAIN before leaving for work. I come back from work and to no surprise its stuck again with content write failed. So i try to install again and make sure my internet never shuts off or anything and my internet is perfectly fine. Does anyond have any suggestions? I think ive tried everything and I dont know what to do
