With the Introduction of poisons(even if you cut their values in half will still betoo strongin PVP) the Snakeblood Passive from Alchemy needs to work against it.
Simply put, the Snakeblood passive should reduce the effect and duration of all poison effects by 50% with 3 skill points invested in it. 3 Skill points and mastering a crafting profession should confer this benefit.
Even in Skyrim:
the Snakeblood passive granted a 50% resistance to all poison related effects.
Right now the Snakeblood passive doesn't do anything. For balance and lore related purposes this makes sense. Anyone who has 3 points in Snakeblood should have the effects and durations of these poisons cut in half. Make this passive worth using. thank you.

"Here in his shrine, that they have forgotten. Here do we toil, that we might remember. By night we reclaim, what by day was stolen. Far from ourselves, he grows ever near to us. Our eyes once were blinded, now through him do we see. Our hands once were idle, now through them does he speak. And when the world shall listen, and when the world shall see, and when the world remembers, that world will cease to be. - Miraak
