[BUG] Materials Not Available (Missing) from Crafting Bag

Well, I wanted to go check out what kind of help that new healing done trait does.. but it appears I can not. A bunch of my woodworking materials (what I noticed so far, haven't checked all) are missing on multiple characters.
As you can see in the attached images - I have sanded nightwood, ruby ash etc. available from my crafting bag on some random mule, but when I head to my crafter - those items are no longer there. As well, when my crafter goes to a woodworking stations - the "missing" items are not available to craft with.

✭✭✭✭✭This is so weird. So, I'm missing my upgrade mats etc. This is also for more than just woodworking.
I have them available on some characters: Weapres, Provgh, Elise Darkstepp
Not available on: Aewnes, Lovia, Adrinia, Khasza, Belladyne-Hearthford
The majority of mats that are not available would have been on Elise Darkstepp (she held all my equipment crafting materials)
At first I thought it was only my Level 50 characters that could not access them.. but Khasza and Belladyne are both not level 50.

No, I have not accessed my guild bank at all.
Although on one character I looked at my personal bank. I did not withdraw or deposit anything when I did that though, and I only did that on one characters.

✭✭✭✭Hmm I dunno, I have looked at my personal bank (rejoicing in all the empty space it now contains LOL) and can still access all my crafting bag mats. Was just wondering if there was some common factor for you and the other player who had reported a problem, if it had been it may have helped to pinpoint the issue - but doesn't look as though they are linked, at least not by guild bank withdrawals.
EDIT: Just as a bit of a test I went to my guild bank and withdrew a load of mats, it doesn't seem to have caused any issue. You don't have any addons active on PTS that could be causing a conflict? (Unlikely I know, but I do sometimes end up using a couple of betas towards the end of a PTS cycle and forget to remove them for the next update, which can sometimes break stuff).Edited by Epona222 on April 26, 2016 1:01AMGM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC

Another good call. I had an old add-on issue last PTS so it's the first thing I did. The old add-on was off the whole time, but I have now actually removed it completely from the folder.

Completely deleted that one addon. No change.
Deposited an item and withdrew an item from my personal bank. No change. Did same for guild bank. No change.
Sent some of the "untouchable" items via mail to a friend. They replied when they sent it back - I moved to TWO other characters and wasn't receiving the mail. Completely left game, logged back in to Lovia (who previously couldn't see these materials) and took the items from the mail.
They instantly went to my crafting bag and I can see them.

GOREKIN✭✭I am the one who took items from my guild bank and put in my crafting bag. It was alot. I logged to a new toon and all my mats where gone.0

Philgo68✭✭✭I did not check thoroughly but it seemed that my crafting bag held all the appropriate items from across my account when I first logged in. I also emptied a lot of items from a guild bank, and all seemed good.
But when I created a new toon, with a template, my Crafting Bag was emptied. Now all that is there is alchemy items I pulled from the template toon's coffers.
I then created a regular toon and the Crafting Bag stayed intact.
And finally a second Template Toon creation cleared my Crafting Bag completely again.
So it seems like a Template toon problem, which would only exist on PTS, but may cause a lot of fearful bug reports.

My mats disappeared after I made one.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.

✭✭✭✭✭@Philgo68 @Abeille I did see Jessica confirmed a bug with templates... But I did not delete any characters on PTS, I didn't buy any slots and I did not create a template character.

I'm not 100% sure EVERYTHING is showing now, but suddenly I have access to my upgrade mats etc. on all my characters.
