As reported in many threads (here), this issue is still actual nowadays.
I tested it with multiple devices, connections, browsers and all the obvious measures in these situations.
I reported it with a ticket and with a PM to Gina.

One of the issues is this one:
I once had the same problem. Found out, that the password field on the support page is limited to 20 characters, although longer passwords are allowed for account/game login. So, if your password is longer than 20 characters, you'll have to change it to a shorter one.
