cant log into support site

ive tried dozens of times and it keeps saying my password is wrong. ive changed it since then so now i know for a fact im not typing in the wrong password and it still wont work. i even waited a couple days and still cant get in. anyone at zos that may be able to help me?because i dont know how else to reach you. i tried twitter to no avail and sent in a ticket in game but i cant even check that unless i get on the support site some how.

I once had the same problem. Found out, that the password field on the support page is limited to 20 characters, although longer passwords are allowed for account/game login. So, if your password is longer than 20 characters, you'll have to change it to a shorter one.

unfortunately its not over 20 characters at first it was 8 and now its 11

Tried logging into the page this morning, exactly the same problem. My password is also less than 20 characters.
