Bow builds are pretty good this patch only because of how broken bow is imo.
Magnum shot still has that unbreakable CC.
Spambard..... dont even get me started
If u do a heavy att with bow and immediately switch to your 2h (say a hammer), that heavy att gets the 2h passives applied to it (ignores 20% def+ the extra dmg from 2h)

He isn't using bow for any of these reasons. He doesn't use Magnum for the cc unless he's disengaging, he isn't using bombard at all, and he doesn't switch to a 2h bar for damage after attacking. It's not really the players fault cause I mean it is entertaining to watch and probably really fun to do, I mean, it looks fun and easy1. Stack as much weapon damage as possible
2. Turn on Shadow-play
3. Gank players for 35k instant damage from stealth
4. Post videos on the forums as if it's actually skillful

The issue lies within ZOS's incompetence to remove such playstyles as shown, a stealth playstyle like this should be a bit more complicated making it more rewarding and such.

No, Hawk Eye was changed this update.
"Hawk Eye: This passive ability has been redesigned, and no longer increases the damage of your Bow abilities against off-balance enemies. It now increases the damage of your Bow abilities by 2/5% for 4 seconds after each successful Light or Heavy Attack, stacking up to 3 times."

He isn't using bow for any of these reasons. He doesn't use Magnum for the cc unless he's disengaging, he isn't using bombard at all, and he doesn't switch to a 2h bar for damage after attacking. The original reason he's using the bow is quite clever, and he's the only ganker who I have seen using it. Watch the video very carefully and you will see.
