Update for the Social:

The Pact Clan Social will be held this Sunday, July 31 at 5pm MT time(6pm Central, 7pm Eastern, and 4pm Pacific). As for a meeting location that current detail is being worked on., so keep an eye out as we might update with a location. BUT... for now when you log onto ESO, just go into the Guild Chat channel and Celtic and I will handle coordinating the meet-up location and getting everyone there.

Its more just an organizational ranking system to show certain responsibility and contributions people put into the guild its not that formal.
