Yes to both but to be clear...1500 crowns or less is realistic to me. That's double the other custumes

Probably 2k like the Nord costume, unless the sales were so poor that they decided to sell the other two costumes for a lower price.

Also, I'm noticing that they corrected quite a few things in the concept art (namely, the gloves). I'm probably buying it if it looks this good in game. The Nord costume looked atrocious in game.

But for the flavor text for the first Bosmer costume... Wouldn't something other than a skirt be better for climbing trees?
Not that I don't like the skirt - I love it and I'm buying both costumes if they don't have the "inflatable rib cage" bug - but the flavor text doesn't seem to match the costume so much.

Also, let me just say that I love all mounts and pets in this showcase too. This is actually the first Crown Store showcase that doesn't have a single item that I don't want.

It was 2500 crowns that is what they priced it for.

It was 2000 crowns if I remember it correctly.

It doesn't mean Altmer and Breton costumes can't be priced lower. When the Nord Hero costume came out, there was an uproar here because of the price and the low quality (not much different from the current uproar regarding the assistants). I don't know if, in the end, only a few people bought it, but I only ever saw one person wearing it.

So if it didn't sell very well, ZOS might decide to lower the price for Altmer or Breton or to raise the quality. I've noticed a few improvements on the picture showing the Altmer Hero costume, after all.

Yea it looks a tad better than that on my burly male nord. I still think they blew it on a lot of the finer details though. That nameless hero was a beast, he desrved better.

I don't think I'll be buying it.. No torn pieces of cape.. Leg and boots looks different.. I think it'll be a disappointment, just like the Nord hero armor..

Can't have that leg skin showing, it's sexist.

Which is why ZOS has improved their armor design and they only use male models, even for the female armor, for gender equality.

Haha if it's only about gender equality, show me the legs of my male characters also. I don't care.. But why ruin a good looking armor just because it shows a little skin - plus it's not like they covered up the neck and upper chest on the female armor.. -_-

If that was the reason why it was covered, I honestly doubt they would also be releasing the two Bosmer outfits, as they show MUCH more skin.

It could have been to made it more in line with the male version and the other hero costumes, though. Not because showing skin is sexist, but because the two versions barely look like they are the same costume, while the Breton and the Nord ones have less differences on their versions.

I wasn't expecting the bits of cloak because they don't do cloaks in this game.

But looking at the sexy little numbers they have coming for the Bosmer outfits, why bother covering the thighs, doesn't make sense.

That's why I think it was to make the male and the female versions look more alike. It doesn't make sense to cover it because "it's skimpy" with the two Bosmer outfits coming to the store too.

Also, let me just say that I love all mounts and pets in this showcase too. This is actually the first Crown Store showcase that doesn't have a single item that I don't want.

So on one hand, they remove the skirt on the altmer costume (EDIT : more accurately, added pants/tights), but give us 2 bosmer costumes that make as much sense as Raquel Welch in a leather Victoria Secret outfit in One Million Years BC :



I honestly wish for a costume revealing shapes but one that fits the universe too. I mean, even a "dock prostitute outfit" would be appealing as long as it has sense.
I don't like the Redguard outfits, but they fit the universe. Those bosmer costumes don't.

I wish I could understand their logic...

Personally I really liked the little bit of skin showing and that's a woman talking. Then, I know it wouldn't be practical in combat for obvious reasons but meh, I still liked it.

I actually really like this costume and I think they did a good job If it's not insanely expensive I'll get it!
