Should you regenerate stamina while blocking? And if so should this be a passive associated with the 5 piece of heavy armor?

    This is one of my biggest Gripes about eso atm it pisses me off either make it a 5 piece bonus to heavy or remove it! Shouldn't Majica classes be able to use a sword and shield too?

    I agree. The fact that I'm constantly tab-targeting the keep walls (and sometimes even siege weapons!) is utterly ridiculous. I can't even damage those with my regular attacks!

    Those building blocks need to be un-nerfed so that you can't target them anymore (like the nightblade shades).

    That said I think it should have a four second delay before it is zero. I can wait four seconds to kill dks and it would let pve tanks go back to feeling an being more useful.

    You shouldn't drop the block nerf without dropping the rest of the nerfs (dodge, damage, shields healiing etc).

    Of all the nerfs, block still works the best (or almost the best, depending on the scenario) currently even without heavy armor.

    Potentially buffing heavy armor with a passive that reduces the nerf or removes it, might sound all fine and dandy. But very different from removing the nerf in general.

    This didn't really need my vote, I'm more or less indifferent to this nerf.

    I will say I tank just fine with it in place, and if you should be my tank when I'm a healer, well I got you covered with spear shards.

    I can hold block for ages at the moment, but it eventually comes to an end. It takes a sacrifice.

    Take that nerf away and I'll be able to hold block until we all need to live on Mars, and there would be no sacrifice.

    If you want to roll about like a tumbleweed, you have to manage resources with the roll nerf. Imagine taking that nerf off?

    Same should stick with block casting.

    It is providing a challenge and a cost.

    Sithis no. I play a shield using character in LA and I can block pretty well. It takes time for my block to wear out, which is a good thing. It is balancing offense and defense.

    The whole "QQ permablock" argument for nerfing block was always a L2P issue. Someone trying to permablock paid for it by outputting less dps (no LA weaving) and needing to build for it. You just coordinated w/ a timed Fear and dropped them with burst.

    And honestly, the regen nerf was the nail in the coffin that finally exposed Heavy Armor for the trash it is in PvP.

    The game is also about resource management again in the no CP campaign (though not so much for zergs, still).

    As to the poll, indeed, those who cannot escape must be able to block many more attacks than they currently can.

    It's funny reading post about how people hate perma-blockers. Sorry, is it 5+ heavy armor piece users that were the irritating ones that were still able to output damage that frustrated you, or was it a build designed around staying alive that made you irritated your standard burst rotation didn't always net you a kill? If the first then this change wouldn't change anything, and if the second then sorry but right now blocking is the most reliable way to counter the current insane damage meta and heavy armor is severely lacking here.

    As much as I dislike permablocking, that nerf was to harsh. 30-50% stam regen nerf while blocking (for all armor types) would have been better.

    If not removing it completly if you run 5 heavy armor.

    I really like the idea of having stam regen while blocking with 5 pc heavy bonus. I would prefer these fatigues to disappear altogether however. What are they trying to accomplish with these combat nerfs?

    Complaints about perma-blocking are equivalent to complaints about animation canceling. That's what you've signed up for, brah. Don't hate the players, hate the game. USE WHAT YOU'RE GIVEN. It's as if the game devs just didn't see it possible that players could harness the full potential of there game OR the even more likely event that they weren't even aware of what that was. They won't stop general combat nerfs until combat is so simplified that the entire dev team can FINALLY kill a well-manned group of 4.

    This game started out giving players flexibility and because some players understood the game too well it created a large skill gap where players couldn't compete with "the big dawgs." These big dawgs, playing to their advantages, single-handedly brought these nerfs to the game. I just find that hilarious...

    They had spoke so highly of giving players the opportunity to make heroic efforts, but with every one of these nerfs.. the "big dawgs" are actually the only ones being targeted here. Do you know how much ANY/ALL of these nerfs effects a player who can't play in Cyrodiil without a group of 12+ ... IT DOESN'T. AT ALL. Nobody is saying give the little man buffs. Simply asking: stop with the nerfs to the little man/buffs to larger groups. Oh YAY, we get more AP now? xD

    Do any of these issues TRULY fruition from PvE? Hell no. Wrobel claims AoE caps is a more delicate issue than, "hitting more players in Cyrodiil." As Edward Snowden says, "That's horseshit" I doubt they have any specific fight in mind or could point one out that would require some serious rework because of AoE caps. Blocking? Dodge roll? Streak? All the same case.
    They need to wake up and see they're hurting the longevity of their game (PvP) by catering to an impermanent and exchangeable group or the memory of Chalamo will be lost forever.

    Seriously, you were always able to break a perma blocker. Just the bads didn't have the intelligence to either use the correct skills to break it or come up with a build to break it. Zos needs to stop appeasing the Sh** players on here, it's the only way they will learn to play their character!
