Is there a way to play with the old 32bits version like the pc users? Just asking...
@duncan_cougarpreeb18_ESO , because every minute you spend on the PTS is one minute of reduced load on live. Nothing more, nothing less (this has been the complaint since pre-beta) - feedback given (usually in vast detail) and promptly ignored.duncan_cougarpreeb18_ESO wrote: »ALL of that was reported on the PTS already ...flying_ace2 wrote: »OK, update - got into the game, got onto my main, was in for less than 5 minutes before it crashed. super jealous.........
Seriously, why run a PTS when you don't use any of the input you get for free from there?
Disabling auto loot hasn't been a fix for me. I had it disabled already when the crash fest started. Just to be sure, I enabled auto loot, then immediately crashed upon looting a corpse. Logged back in and disabled auto loot again, now I can loot things, but I still crash every 5 - 10 minutes. Maybe it prevents looting from being the cause of the crashes, but it does NOT stop the crashes from happening.
Also, regarding the pink textures, that appears to be totally random. I can log onto one toon and see every texture, log onto another toon and only mounts are pink, log onto another toon and only chicken, monkeys etc are pink. I logged onto my main and my own armor was fine, toon hopped to check mails and then went back to my main and my own shield and sword were pink. I can quit the game entirely then log back onto a toon that saw pink tigers and normal horses before the logout, and now everything is fine, maybe later on the same toon only critters are pink. It seems more to be a texture fetching issue than a corrupted or missing texture file on the client side.
I really don't know. The only thing I know for certain is that this game is unplayable for any extended period and the few minutes at a time that I can play it are wholly unenjoyable. It's beyond me how the decision was made that this was good enough to release.

In the middle of the launcher (going from the window you open the launcher to) you have the news feed. In the upper left of this area you see the "Realm Status" and to the right of that you will see a gear with "Game Options". Click that and from the drop down window select repair.
