and as a magicka NB I can run around an enemies keep in cloak for over 5 minutes without using any stamina, why I don't even need to sneak.

If you don't use cloak on a nb you're not playing it right and should play Templar or dk

YOU go play a Templar or DK. I can play any way I choose.Just because you seem locked into one build type doesnt mean I'm not supposed to use a different one.I dont want another DK,and I dumped the Templar I started at level 6.
I prefer Nightblades and will play it as I choose, thank you.

I'm quite happy they're nerfing cloak. It's about time Nightblades got a taste of the nerf juice because there's just too many players in PvP who seem to play a Nightblade specifically just to cloak away whenever they're being overwhelmed or in danger, and running with detection pots to combat them isn't always the best option when the Nightblade can simply turn around, fear you and then rip into you with a couple of Ambushes & Surprise Attacks (Depending on their stats, battle level, etc.)

ZOS Nerfed Mist Form and caused it to bug out (Elusive Mist speed bonus isn't working properly, the 75% reduced damage taken is more like 30% and Gap-Closers can be spammed against it) because players were complaining about not being able to target/see/kill players spamming it, even though magicka regeneration & healing received, stopped while mist form was active - and that was a pretty hard blow to Vampirism, resulting in many of us curing among others reasons like Camo Hunter & Dawnbreaker.

I'll be honest with you though, I do dislike nerfs - but Cloak definitely had it coming due to the nature of play-styles that it had pretty much spawned, like using cloak to fully heal with Vigor and/or Rally and to avoid ultimates like an Ice Comet, etc.

I'm fine. It's just that you tried to tell me that if I didnt play my NB as you said,I should go play another class. That you play all those classes(mind you,I have as well) doesnt matter. It was your comment. It didnt make me smile.

So what your saying is because ZOS Nerf other classes they should Nerf Nightblades ?

Honestly if they just buff magicka dks and fix Templars they would had achieve class balance but with Zos they can't have that let's Nerf this Nerf that buff sorcs but Nerf that lol

No. If you rely on cloak on a stam nightblade you're doing it wrong. You more than likely sit behind a tree using snipe and running away in cloak when you don't burst someone. A good stamina nightblade doesn't need cloak to survive because they have the most ridiculous amount of damage in the game which means they don't cloak because their target is dead. The only time they cloak is to pop a rally + vigor and get right back in the action. Sounds like a l2p issue. If you aren't smart enough to leave the guy using magelight alone then that's your problem for not recognizing the situation and you deserve to die.

Is the nerf that one of the cloak morphs used to remove applied DoTs and not it only prevents ticks during the cloak duration? If so, then what is the point of cloaking now? This seems to be a change that essentially removes the core ability of the class and stops players from playing as they always have expected a stealth class to work.

So if I'm understanding this upcoming patch correctly the developers are trying to let all 4 classes be viable stealth classes and all 4 classes be viable healers through by making huge nerfs to nightblade cloak and templar healing/mobility.

Where are the fundamental class skill nerfs to sorcerers and dragon knights?
