coolermh✭✭✭Have you guy even watched dueling on the PTS...stam builds of all kinds but including nb's are perfectly in line with magika builds still. Syphers NB using S&B was destroying magika builds. Pre-TG stamina had a pretty strong edge over magika. Cloak needed to be tone down a bit just like sheilds were toned down in the IC patch. Just because your flavor of the month ability is countered does not mean you can't play your class anymore. If you are a skilled player you will adapt and do fine.

Well, being able to cloak in the face of an opponent wasn't good at all, and you know it.

Errr... afaik, shield take unmitigated damage, and so does the sorc if you break the shield. So points in Hardy would only help the sorc when they are unshielded.The Moot Councillor0 -

NB are probably feeling the same way sorcs did when they got the stacking cost increase on streak. which is also one of the nerfs that made nightblades a serious problem in IC.

They did decrease our shields and we still get people crying because their uninspired builds don't work on us. Without cloak how can I survive? Don't throw the L2P please, I already know I have to improve in many many ways and I'm not comparing shield stacking with cloak, those post are senseless.
When people use detection potion I'm kinda ***, in the future I will always be ***.

Try killing a sorc as magicka nb in tg. Sorc has magelight, you cannot cloak to get near sorc to cc him with fear.
On live i can kill sorcs, but not if magelight will stop me from cloaking. Even with cloaking, sorcs take the longest to kill 1v1. Try it. Roll magicka nb and 1v1 sorcs.
All of mageblade's heals rely on damaging an enemy's health. With shields up, that means no heals. Spamming cloak was the only way to beat a shield stacking streaking *** as a mageblade.
Oh and streak ignores roots and snares. You call that balanced?
With this update, magicka dks will be strong but balanced, nb will be gimped, templars a bit stronger but still weak and magicka sorcs OP.Bosmer Stamina NB

Damage shields you get from skills/spells such as harden ward or healing ward count as a major shield and you may only have 1 active at once while shield you get from weapon or set enchantments such as the weapon enchantment or whitestrakes retribution count as a minor shield and you can only have 1 of those too.
Now a player can only have 2 shields active at once one being a very powerful shield (major) and one being a weak one (minor).2 -

Sure thing give us a burst heal or a damageshield which absorbs BOTH physical attacks and magicka attacks and scales of our offensive stat (max stamina or max magicka) then you can remove cloak entirely : )
I play a sorcerer from time to time, and when everything is dumbed down and nerfed so bad except hardened ward, I can't wait for ZOS making it scale of max health like every other shield in the game which absorbs physical and magickal damage (harness not included since it doesn't absorb physical)
The tears will be delicious.
