If you've played ESO for a good while, you notice when little things change. In the past, for example, there were no decorations at keeps in Cyrodiil. Over time statues, empty crates, etc were added. More small changes are in 2.30. They do add up over time and make for a more immersive and fun experience. Take the entrance to the Outlaw's Refuge in Stormhold. I thought I was in the wrong place when I clicked entered because of all of the new foliage.
