It's all so spread out. I figured there'd be like a general area where ppl tend to hang out like in Elden Root's upstairs or at the traders in Mournhold. Then there is the Riften bank along with the traders in Rawl'kha. For DC it's all so s p r e a d o u t.0 -

Shornhelm is the best of the cities for crafting, so you'll find a bunch of people in the bank and around the crafting areas. For RP stuff you usually need to set up in advance.PC/NA: Primarily Daggerfall Covenant.

✭✭✭✭✭I tend to keep my DC characters parked in Shornhelm in Rivenspire. It's very convenient for the close proximity of the bank, wayshrine, and crafting stations. On top of that, I like the architecture there, and the way the city follows the topography.
