Really? Zenimax, do you have a clue what you're doing? The only v14 drops we're getting are NON set pieces. Lol. This game is just becoming a joke. We are all v16 (I know that doesn't matter), and all the set items we're getting are v13. Every random, crappy, non-set item we get is v14. Come on ZoS, let's get with it here.

    Its ok just put in a ticket and u might get one of the new V16 items that have only been sent out to certain players

    Don't worry. When thieves guild drops you will be able to run weekly DSA and get V16 drops. So basically you have to pay for thieves guild DLC to play existing content for endgame gear. They are re-monetizing existing content. In a "thieves guild" dlc. The joke writes itself.

    Uh, have they said that you have to buy the DLC to do v16 vdsa? I'm pretty sure it's part of the base game patch.

    Read again what you said, wait a few seconds and then try to answer this: WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO BUY THE DLC TO GET LOOT FROM OLD CONTENT THAT IS BEING UPDATED WITH THE BASE GAME PATCH RELEASED AT THE SAME TIME AS DLC?

    I know that haters are going to hate but come on, at least TRY to know what you're talking about. You don't need to buy Orsinium to get Briarheart, Pariah and Trinimac set from chests in Cyrodiil (part of the BASE GAME), so why do you think that not buying the TG DLC would suddenly make you not able to do DSA?

    It's always been like this. V14 is only for jewelry or items on the final round.
