"L2P Or Roll a Nightblade" (PvP)

Hi. Here's some advice if you plan on taking part in the Alliance War; PvP, especially if you're new!

Make a Nightblade. It's that simple, preferably Stamina. You won't even have to think about damage, CC and survivability because you can use 1-2 buttons for instant damage, which requires no channel time, and if you're in trouble, just use cloak and go invisible, and make sure to spam Mass Hysteria in your rotation and of course, you can use Wrecking Blow too because that's a brilliant move for those with no skill.

I play my NB the least. I don't have enough spell damage to make it work, and even with immovable pots or Shuffle I get CC'd constantly. Too squishy.

I agree! Everyone should roll a Nightblade. I like easy AP ;-)

Funny but magicka NB are the OP one...... Correction NB in general.

Screw the rules they have night blades.

Also all this junk about stamina builds and all that it's not cause of the class it is wrecking blow that is all these OP "stamina builds" are is just WB spam.

My StamBlade doesnt run WB. It uses two handed for another reason though.

Am currently level 25 and it already feels like an automatic win button.

Really enjoying playing him though.

This is unfortunately the case with almost every MMO these days.

The whole combat mechanics of these games seem to soley focus on stopping caster / magic damage. And ignoring physical/melee. Such as interupts, silences, etc, etc.

Not only this, but typically the physical-based damage dealers have a much easier time actually getting off their damage, which even hits for as much, if not higher than casted abilities.

This backwards trend has been like this for a few years in games now. I quite like having to work to get my kb's, etc. But it's always frustrating to see phys-based, or melee DD classes always seem to have to put in a fraction of the work for the same, or better results.

Edit: I'm not really singling out ESO here, btw. I mean, it applies to this too, but I meant in general.

I have 2 NBs of which one is my very first character from pre-launch.. by today I still don't know how to play a NB properly and efficiently, no matter if stamina or magicka. I guess I'm doing something wrong, if only I knew what it is. However I don't PvP.

I rolled a stam nightblades just to kill nightblades. Funny how when they're marked they get all panicked and try to spam cloak, atleast the inexperienced ones do anyway.

I've personally seen my stam nb friend 1 kill a sorc with his shield up. Along with about 10 others in 15 mins xD

My magblade can literately run around people, 60% snare from lotus + grasp speed buff. it's funny. Run a circle spamming concealed.

Even without proxy det with 35k magicka + 3500 spell dmg and 60% crit, most people are easy kills.

Those assassin's never used cloak or ran away from fights with 80% hp

Shields, potions and heals.

Decent armour.

Well, they already have been on top for 1,5 years, okok snipe (+dagger, +steel tornado, best synergizing with the class) has been on top since late summer 2014, while the ultra-love patch, which buffed cloak and nurfed detect pots, was in ~early-mid 2015. THIS patch was really unnecessary and it made Nightblades SMILE (my twink too^^).

I still don't understand how brains & minds at ZOS were able to do that.. what did they think..?? do they earn too much money? I still completely don't understand their move.. lol ..that was more than incompetent... I don't have the words to express my deep anger against the balance team and how they do not recognize that it was TOO MUCH LOVE FOR MELEE classes... (old topic, itemization etc., ranged abilities, etc., I won't repeat..)

They also buffed cloak and such just when IC came out and as the only class who can press a button and lose aggro of the hard hitting mobs and put it onto people chasing them... nb's have been having a great time for a while now.
