I highly doubt the devs look to my PvP style to justify Sorc changes. I don't pretend to be the best Sorc on the server, I'm just good at a fairly niche, pug killer, DW Overload spec that I enjoy.
That said, I've been theorycrafting and publishing builds for ESO since October 2014. I consider it a point of pride when developers nerf a skill due to a setup I've popularised.

lol, sabre literally changed his cp for half the fights.
He is very clearly changing CP, plus he has done it plenty in the past
I watched him do it myself. Not to mention Sypher has legit proof in his past broadcast of Sabre doing these types of things
For everyone saying there was no rule on respeccing, there were. Safiyer (Tourney holder) very clearly stated that there would be absolutely no respeccing after the tourney began. Including CP, gear, etc.
Now, addressing our duels on PTS including Sypher's, you legit changed CP around like a nutcase. Everytime I asked how much you had into hardy it was 100. Now I get that this is PTS, but you weren't there to TEST. You were there to duel, which still leaves me incredibly confused as to why you changed CP in the first place.
Despite that, plenty of times in the past you have admitted yourself that you change CP.
But knowing your past, I am well led to believe you changed CP.2 -
