First North American AD Grand Overlord

Congrats man, the grind was real there at the end! Not a more deserving person, and a very helpful guy and fun to play with.

@Rylana, Considering my first four months were on Bloodthorn, and Deci (+ DK WRX) didnt become a real thing until Dawnbreaker, hurt my grind from the ala guys early on. Then fireshot and jager showed us the way hahah..

But when I quit for those 3-4 months, I had ~10mil ahead of anyone else on AD between my toons, and only herk was ahead of the DK since I went Sorc.

Fireshot was a Legate (half way to PvP50 at 32 million earned) when I started playing. Had many of the Alacrity folks not quit playing they would have had it around the same time as Crystalized.

Grats Crown! You got through the final ranks very fast. It feels like just the other day that you passed my rank at I think General? You got it so fast I'm still a general... Dunno how you managed to keep playing through this patch, this latest meta really killed the game for me.

With the entire AD faction under your command, it shouldn't take you that long to get to 50 >:D

Really good stuff, especially considering all the infighting and solid players your faction has lost recently.

Pretty sure you were only triple box on that campaign chillrend campaign we competed for emp. Back in the days of perma invis bat ground oils. And to think, back then my EP toon didn't even exist.

I think those pictures of the dyes were probably the most useful and informative thing I've ever heard or seen from Crown.

I always wondered what they looked like and I don't see myself making it past Legate if I ever even get that. I think this was the first time I've ever seen them posted on the forums anywhere.

I'm almost certain these dyes have never been posted anywhere before. If they have they definitely weren't shown so clearly until this thread. Maybe once @Crown becomes Rank 50 we can get a picture of Murder Mahogany as well! It'll take another year before I have a shot at it on console.

Congrats, a lot of us from DiE missed the opportunity after we rerolled EP and had more than enough if we combined toons but not enough on one. Always exciting to see more Grand Overlords as it requires quite a bit of longevity, now if only ZOS made it worth something.

If it was worth something, there would be outrage over the amount of AP required to get that thing, resulting in a nerf somewhere.

They're doubling AP gains for solo and groups up to 6 people in the next patch - so it'll be easier for many..

? Generals: WRX, Thukia, Sarenvog, and I've seen perhaps five others this past month.

Not to forget that the ONLY AD Grand Overlord has 20years of business career, is a master and lord of AP, has a lovely wife and is the ultimate and well respected commander of AD forces.

@Crown Congrats, I just started playing when it came out on xbox and I'm almost August Palatine. Seems like getting AP on pc might be easier (higher player base), but I know for a fact PC players are alot more hardcore.

You're following a similar path that many of the top players from the game launch took. It is easiest to make the most AP where the skill level is lowest. I don't think PC is more Hardcore, just on average a lot more experience. The skill level on Xbox will keep increasing I don't doubt.
