My friend cannot create an ESO:TU account, please help

He already bought the game in steam
but now when he trying to create an ESOTU account it says - this e-mail already in use

but its impossible - its his first account and he never played or registered ESTOTU before
ofcourse he can create another e-box, but he some kind of... he wont do it he wanna use his main e-mail

when he tried to create a ticket there is only one option for unregistered users in our case - suspended/compromised
and there is a field - Secret Answer
he cannot know it because he cant register an account, obviously

we stuck there....

please help

I suggest he uses the Suspended/Compromised option and explain why he's using it, that at least will get a ticket into the system: put "I don't know" in the Secret Answer.,

Of course it them relies on conscientious handling by ZOS's CS team, sometimes that's sadly in short supply but I can't see anything else he can do.

I have to say I think it highly unlikely ZOS' account system is wrong, the fact your friend didn't register the e-mail address he's using doesn't mean it's not possible someone else did, possibly for malicious reasons maybe just for a 'joke'.

In any case opening a CS ticket is the only way he can get it resolved.

There's some guy from India that constantly uses my email address for everything, so someone else using your friend's email is possible.

might be a super chance that someone has a same e-mail address as you, there are thousands of players playng.

Try creating an another new e-mail address and use that one.
