Not sure you can really farm them, TBH. Trove scamps are very elusive and hard to kill solo before they make their escape, and with all the scamps I've killed (almost 10), I've gotten only one Hakeijo.
There is just way too much luck and RNG involved in getting this rune. It'll be far easier/faster--and more predictable--to farm 4K tel-var stones, which you can use to buy 80 ancestor silk, which you can then sell for about 40K in gold to buy the Hakeijo.Edited by code65536 on November 24, 2015 4:44AMNightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
