Now if said "higher level" is actually in the area's level range and you just happen to be a bit below it that is understandable and if I ever happened to be said higher level with lower levels leaning on me for help I guess I wouldn't mind it lol

I'm always glad when I can help someone in a public dungeon like that. In delves I probably wouldn't even realize that the other person needs help but I certainly wouldn't mind somebody following me there. I always wait at bosses in a delve to see if there's another player nearby that needs the boss so he or she has a chance to get the achievement and loot from the boss, too.crazyflump wrote: »Just wanted to know if higher levels mind the lower levels following them around a delve, dungeon etc. I've had a few really kind guys that have helped me and i really appreciate it, just wanted to know from your side
"I skipped delves after I spent MULTIPLE gaming sessions trying the ENTIRE time to find a group."
Uhhh...are you sure you mean 'delve'? Those are solo content. The dungeons require a group, unless you go back at higher levels for a completionist thing, or to get the skyshards.

I use to always help but a few comments on these forums about "don't you hate it when you are solo'ing content and someone comes along and joins you" made me a bit wary not everyone wants/needs/or appreciates the help. but those are the odd balls. I think it is more annoying to be struggling and have some one come up and just watch you whilst doing nothing because they don't know if you want help. Its a double edged sword.

Don't mind it at all. Usually Whisper the person and ask if they'd like to group and ask if they have any questions about the game.
This usually turns into me crafting them 2 proper sets of armor & weapons. Then a friend invite ends up in my Notifications menu.
Love helping people lol.

True Story:
I grind my chars to VR16 and to be able to earn CPs, but I am planing doing all the quests ingame as well. When I do that, I will be a VR16 on the starter island. IT WILL NOT BE OVERKILL!
I do not mind helping anyone or any level. Last night, I think a VR1 was following me around for a bit and help each other, but we just said "hello" to each other. I was on my VR12 char at that time.
