Why do you want to have an ESO plus member, in the first place?

Just cancel it, the game is broken,laggy,buggy, etc as it is.(I have FO4 to play)

Because it is their prerogative to do so? But, yeah, I cancelled my ESO membership, not out of bitterness but there is a better way (for me).

I may join you guys on that today has clearly demonstrated (to me at least) how much they value our custom.

I don't want to sound off like an embittered "poor me" type or feel sorry for us European types but can you all remember the time when we were getting kicked from ESO randomly? This went on for weeks and not a word about this from ZoS.

There were lots of complaining threads about this and zilch done about it.

Then, one weekend it happened on the NA server.

About fourteen posts into a single thread about this on the NA server forum and whamo! ZoS replied. Something like, "Thanks guys. We're looking at this just now. Will update you as soon as we can."

Before this reply from ZoS you could see the hate, the deleted expletives and damn you Zos etc etc.

Then it became, "Thanks for the fast reply, (Gina), so glad that you actually care. Glad to be an ESO subscriber." etc etc

Not that I am bitter, but just look at these posts if you don't believe me.

The day that the NA server came down that weekend in the way that us EUs had suffered for so long, I was like, "YESSSSSS!" Now something will get done about this.

Seems like NA players are first among equals. Not that am bitter about this, oh no.

Did it ever occur to ya'll that the one person that usually does respond to threads asking about maintenance during maintenance just happens to be away from the office when EU server gets maintained? Gina isn't at work 24/7 you know...

That being said, there is no evidence they ignore you, and throwing personal jabs at me for saying they don't ignore you when I personally have actually seen responses to threads concerning EU players doesn't help your case any.
