I can only play a few hours in the morning (if I'm not occupied with household/pets/any other surprises) and a few hours after work

How about be patient
It's easier to be patient when you know what's going on. After six and a half hours for a 3-4 hour job and no update from ZOS, it's OK to wonder what's going on.
It's especially easier to say "be patient" when you play on NA and your server is already online.6 -
Bubbha✭✭Been saying this since the 15h maintenance we had last month, Zenimax needs to remunerate this downtime hours for us paying subscribers. The amount of time we have been unable to play TESO this past days equals almost 3 days subscription. So basically every EU subscriber has given about half a euro to the company for free. And half a euro doesn't seem much but think about half a euro from EVERY subscriber.
I've heard Zenimax staff (on ESO live) complain about people being harsh on the forums, in my opinion, people are not being harsh enough at all. In other MMO's (simple example: DC Universe Online) if this happens, all hell breaks loose and the DEVS usually give something in return to the paying playerbase EVERY SINGLE TIME... (It has only happened twice in 4 years).
Why the hell do you, paying subscribers, seem to not care about the extremely, and I'm talking extremely poor professionalism on Zenimax side with their game?? I'm without words.High hopes ZOZ, don't let us down ^^5 -

Here's a splash of reality, ZOS have a job and that is to keep the game stable they have to run server downtime to follow a schedule, and shockingly, you're not the only person in the world :O they're not obligied to log onto the forums look for gresiacs thread and tell him the run down of tonights downtime, just remember that lol

no the thought of grinding new toon and to get cp again is not something i'm looking for, what i'm looking for is some customer service.

Well you have time to play the NA server NOW don't you? I started playing EU because I wanted to play while NA Patched. I now split my playtime between both severs. I have Vet 16's on both servers. You want to whine, whine! You want to play? Go download the NA server game and play. Simple as that.1 -

The problem is that they clearly are NOT running to a schedule. We're coming up to seven hours for "regular maintenance" and a minor patch.
However, the complaint isn't that they have to do maintenance, or even that it's taking a long time, or even that it's taking much longer than expected.
The complaint is that they haven't bothered to tell us that it's taking longer than expected and they haven't given an ETA.
We'd just appreciate some communication. You know, like they gave when the NA server was down...
