Though actually redguard desert attire would be full coverage, not skimpyness. Skimpy in the desert usually just means the mother of all sunburns...

Non-desert tropics on the other hand... that is something were skimpyness can fit.
As would be "nightflower" kind of clothing...

Also, I for one would love to see stuff like that done with the "civilian clothing" rather then costumes... (and have said civilian clothing become more widely available then just stealable on your burglary tours - sold by tailors, researched and crafted by clothiers, that kind of thing). That way people would have to make the -choice- between skimpyness, and protection for battle...
