This would screw over those of us who have friends on more than 1 faction, making it impossible for us to play with them.

I get the message. Cannot jump to location all the time on PS4 NA MegaServer

The option still exists and should be removed. The current system circumvents the policies put in place to prevent this type of behaviour.

I have seen it multiple times where the leader group queues in multiple people that don't have their home or guest set to that campaign and since people know about it they use it to go around the system that stops them from teleporting to another campaign.

Then again, bound items still happily come up in the Sell tab of Guild Stores, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
The only exception to this should be direct access to the IC Group dungeons, which technically, are not in the campaign.

Everyone can. It's not difficult to do, in fact it's incredibly easy.
The option to do it was supposed to be removed by Zos in response to overwhelming outcry over PvP abuses.
