    I actually find it boring to have to buff myself up all the time.
    Buff with major and minor and all that every 20 second ish.
    I like it better to have pure passives to play with, and go fight, like in diablo 3 for example.

    They can't fix/balance what we already have. New things to balance/fix? I don't think so til they have what is already in the game working right.

    So you actually mean yes... you just don't want them to add more to their plate than they can handle, since they haven't even gotten that right yet?

    1) More than 2 morphs for Skills, or offering more stamina choices.
    2) Spear/Polearm/Cudgel Line
    3) Spear and Shield line (or just have a 1H spear as part of 1H+Shield line)
    4) Hand to hand combat "Whispering Fang" I would have this supplement weapon skills, not be a weapon by itself.
    5) DB/Morag Tong Skills
    6) Guard Skills
    7) Thieves Guild Skills
    8) Aedra/Daedra based skills
    9) Spellcrafting - All that stuff they showed us a year ago.
    10) More skills for each weapon, including weapon ultimates.
    11) Weapon combinations: Like in Skyrim, or like DCUO (an mmo that felt very similar to this one in playstyle).

    Since you dont need to change classes to add new skill lines they have a pretty big chance to make this very easy for themselves. The only problem Getting these new skill line abilities to work with other builds (ofc they dont have to and just tac on the works only this trees abilities.

    I know lore will be an issue but they have a pretty big range of things they can do like Necromancer or even each of the schools of magic, Hand to hand etc. Honestly id perfer schools of each magic and some for melee and tanking as well. As a long time healer the options for said healers is really really low and is on the verge of pushing me out of the game fun zone. Templar healing is pretty decent but its boring and they dont have any flare in their abilities. The NB/Sorc/DK healers just seems gimmicky simply because Resto staff skills are not that well thought out and/or straight up boring. ( Springs spam anyone?) Sadly NB/DK/Sorc have flare. So you either get one or the other not both.

    Really its just poor design by ZOS though. Vanguard SOH for example ( very bad game btw lol ) Had a blood mage healer which is pretty much what the night blade healer is now and was much much much more fun and had some really fun ideas like symbiotes or leeches being attached to members that casued effects and other just fun and interesting ideas like Merging the blood of your group and evening off everyones health pool.

    ZOS's answer to this is to spam strife and steal the life essence from the enemy and give it back to the group. Sap essence being just a aoe form of this thats about it lol. Pretty boring.

    i just want a balanced game, also the speed of magic attacks put on par with melee, the speed of meele is far faster than magic and needs to be sorted by the time you get 2-3 skills of in pvp ur dead to steel tornado that every one uses

    I really enjoy my DK :) and already like the variety of skill lines although I wouldn't mind to have more skills and classes (2 more classes sounds good) for an even larger diversity.

    For me it would be a cool experience to have 1 or 2 ice-skilltrees. Maybe one defensive and one for crowd control like the fire-lines of the DK but not so offensive (I see ice spells normally as defensive spells with limited dmg but good cc and utility and fire as great damage spells but often lacking the ability to cc or def)

    Also a fire atronach as a constant companion for my DK would be awesome :smiley:

    Each weapon skilline should have its own ultimate, we need a monk skilline for the unarmed and necromancy abilities would fit into soul magic.

    They were always there but they werent so bad until battle level made them worse.

    Remove 'em and I'll come back. Checking in until then :)

    You won't get any new PvP players until this archaic AoE crap is fixed.
    I for one won't resub until:
    1.) You fix lag.

    Voted yes as a gut feeling. After thinking about it for a few minutes I would much prefer them to fix the currently broken, or unbalanced, skills first. As primarily a PvP player there are certain skills that are just absolutely overpowered. I would be lying if I said I don't use some of said skills, but realistically it's what's needed to be done to compete.

    As this last patch, 1.7?, the game is full of even more cooker cutter builds than previous patches. If 1.5 didn't break so many parts of the game I would definitely vote that as the best PvP around. Stamina was a decent option, magicka was still viable for all classes, etc. Yet the broken bits completely made it not worth it.

    Back on topic... I would love to see new and exciting skills added to ESO. Unfortunately I believe these new skills would just add to the unbalance we are currently facing.

    Balance is the rainbow, unicorn, and leprechaun of online MMO's you should always keep chasing rainbows, leprechauns, and unicorns but you can do a lot of other things while looking for them. Because let's face it your prob not going to find any rainbows, leprechans, or unicorns

    spellcrafting would go a long way towards mroe variety, but i would love to see a few new skill lines as well, especially Necromancy. seems liek its veyr important to the ESO world, and with vampires and Werewolves already in the game wHY NOT?! ifits included in spllcrafting i guess thats cool too

    Dont want new classes but new skill lines. Necromancy for starters.
    They're going to do spellcrafting some time in the future but I'd also like to see an similar thing done for physical skills called "Battle Tactics" or something where you develop new martial skills rather than research and craft new spells.

    Would also be cool to see ultimates based on the skill lines, nothing super overpowered just ultimates that fit with those particular skill lines.
    Another thing that could be cool to see would be racial skill lines and racial ultimates.

    yes, they should drop the AoE caps and instead increase the servers capacity, so it will not lag anymore!

    How many builds are there? How many ways of playing a class?

    This is not my first MMO, and needless to say this one has the most versatile character build pool than any of the other.
    One MMO had 4 base classes which you could specialise really early on: end result = 8 classes (played always the same)
    One MMO had 6 classes, two magical, two weapon based and two who could build hybrid, but those just end up viable as weapon based, which the developers ultimately accepted and went along with it. 6 classes always played the same.

    I'd much rather have ONLY 4 limitations, so that I don't have to make a new character every time I am bored with a build.
    ONLY 4 characters maxed give me an endless pool of builds.

    If we are talking weapons, that has some room to improve on.
    F.E. unarmed skill line. If it was viable in Skyrim, why not here?

    Additional morph options is also a wonderful idea.

    The are too few skills and too many skills points available. I'd like to see more skills and potentially more than a single morph option.

    I've always thought that religion could be the way to go offering a mutually exclusive skills line depending on which Divine or daedric prince the character chose to follow.

    I'd also like to see some sort of 'pure blood' skills line for those that choose not to go down the vampirism/lycanthropy routes.

    Is the Thieves Guild every coming?

    Im a Lvl 10 Vampire and would like a Skill tree for it, Tried the WW line but I think both need Skills more for them.

    Maybe a Vampire lord tree and Werewolf pack master tree.

    1. Spears/polearms as a new weapon.
    Lets be honest here, no polearm weapon on a medieval themed is simply ridiculous and illogical. Polearms are the single most basic weapon that it is highly unlikely for any kind of culture not to have it.

    2. One handed weapon and magic.
    One hand wielding a one handed weapon, another casting magic...enough said.

    4. Ultimate for weapon tree.
    I mean seriously, how come there's no ultimate from weapon skill line.

    4. New classes.
    It gets boring sooner or later, new classes could fix that from time to time. New classes will open to a lot of new skills, which translate to more replayability value. Besides, there are already a lot of classes on TES series in the first place, such as shown on Oblivion.

    5. Heavy Armor revamp.
    Heavy armor needs more usefullness other than simply more beefy, because obviously enough, being beefy won't ever surpassed having a good DPS on PvP setting. Also turn out we can be beefy enough without heavy armor. So, a passive that simply gives out a decent percentages of DPS boost for each pieces of heavy armor equipped will be good, maybe limit it only for melee weapon to make it more logical (you know, your heavy armor could add more weight to your weapon swing...maybe).

    6. More Armor active skill line.
    It will be good to have more than one armor active skill i think. Maybe even armor ultimate skill.
