So your fingers ran way too fast for whatever it was that was trying to come from your mind.
You want reality. YOU AND I, NO ONE HERE BUT ZOS knows whatever is going on internally in their offices. No one here knows what management has allowed anyone, Rich Lambert, Brian Wheeler, Gina Bruno, etc to say or not say. So let's get that one fact completely clear. There is nothing here about what opinion you or anyone else holds. It is completely about the extremely disrespectful way MANY here have been to ZOS and individual ZOS employees in particular more than a handful of times. You following me so far Raisinette?
A long time ago they said they would implement some changes to help combat lag and they kept their promise and lag has improved. Unless you going to prove it hasn't? ZOS never said O WE HAVE THE ULTIMATE FIX FOR LAG!!!!! They said they are working and looking at what they can do to help the situation and they continue to do so. If ZOS's answer and timeline for things doesn't work for you then leave. But you'd rather sit here after a year and a half and continue pointing the finger at ZOS "EHHHH ZOS!!! EHHH!!!! YOU GUYS!!!! YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!! MAN!!!!!"
Like I said above, those in the ESO community that said their peace and walked away when they said they would have more guts than you.
And if you want a tip from me Raisins, replace your consumption of processed sugars with a daily bowl of Greek yogurt and you just might start feeling better about yourself and the world.

You guys, along with many of your former compadres were saying ESO was on it's death bed back in something like August 2014, and ESO had only officially launched in April of that year. We here in the alliance war subforum are in a vacuum. We see things strictly through myopic eyes of PvP (which now I am officially declaring player vs. player means player vs. Publius). I would venture to say that the PvE aspect of ESO is pretty healthy and providing those that love Elder Scrolls and PvE a satisfactory experience. I am here because way back when (back when my biceps were smaller) a game called Morrowind on Xbox blew my mind. I enjoy PvE as well and from what I see from the Orsinium marketing material that zone really has the scope and feel of Elder Scrolls. In my preliminary opinion, blows all the previous zones away. Just imagine ZOS improving on that and one day (hopefully soon) allowing us to return to Vvardenfell.
So I would really need more evidence on the whole "ESO is dying", "ESO is dead".
Further, all that talk about ZOS is stupid, Rich Lambert doesn't care, Brian Wheeler doesn't understand what PvPers want, etc, is completely ludicrous and pure poppycock. To blanket ZOS with statements like that when all the facts, their internal company discussions, etc etc etc, are not known is pure lunacy. And quite frankly the sign of a stereotypical video game whining sissy. If you don't like what you see, walk away. You been sitting here for over a year and a half talking about game death and leaving yet you are still here. The players that have actually left the game by now and were brining up the same gripes as you have more guts than you. I would even venture to say that pushing aside all the whining, you are still here because you enjoy playing ESO.
And just so you know, Julian Edelman feels the same way I do about all of this. Ask him.
A lot of you should take a page out of Sypher, King Richard, Lefty Lucy (even though he is obsessed with being drunk it seems), and FENGRUSH's book. They discuss the game and what they would like changed, but they don't disrespect ZOS. Think about it! Sypher is what? 19 or 20 years old? Can't even legally consume alcohol and he shows more respect than many of you "adults" here.
Many of you have greatly disappointed me.... Especially Jules and her Haxus Pound Puppies army....
These people you speak so highly of, the big streamers and youtubers, any public figure, or game celebrity if you will. Just because they don't say anything negative about ZOS in public doesn't mean they don't say it. I've talked to several big ESO names, both past and present, and they all agree that ZOS could and should be doing alot better with their game. But they won't say it outloud, that would be stupid to do so and they know it. They've got too much to gain personally and badmouthing ZOS would be a big step back for them and all the people that follow them on twitch, youtube, twitter or w/e.
Example, imagine if somebody like Sypher quit the game, badmouthing ZOS on his way out, do you have any idea how many paying people would follow suit and quit also? Guys like Sypher are why this game still has a decent size playerbase. But that doesn't mean they don't talk about ZOS behind closed doors.
There ARE major issues with this game and it's developers, issues that NEED to be addressed if this game is going to survive the next wave of big MMO's.
Respect is not tied to any streaming or anything else. You either show it or you don't. You don't like ESO you go. You like ESO you stay. You don't like ESO, stay, and disrespect the devs.... Clown status.
In my Greek yogurt filled world we have something called disrespect and on the other side of the spectrum something called constructive criticism.

We've had 2 years of this man. We tried respect. We tried patience. We tried pretty much everything under the sun to get ZoS to start communicating more with us. Constructive criticism failed, and disrespect is the natural human response to being ignored.
A year into the game the toxicity was getting bad. I was still a "Fan boy" then with hope and offered all sorts of constructive criticism and feedback. They instituted some crazy forum clampdown which ended up with a ton of players permabanned on the forums. This was done in order to improve the atmosphere of the forums and make it more inviting so the devs could come here and start communicating. I didn't like the clampdown, but I saw it for the better good so we could really open up the communication to start improving the game.
It never happened. Paul Sage left, and his replacement's idea of communication at best is a freaking "/Lurk". There were moments where a Dev would pop in here and say they think they have a fix for a major issue, everyone including myself would always get our hopes up and start thinking positive again. And then the fix didn't work...or it took 6 months to make its way into the game (Nirnhoned) and various other things.
Long Story Short, most of the old guard such as myself used to be some of the biggest fans of this game and fought off many of the early naysayers in the game. It turns out they were right and the trust we placed in ZoS was misplaced. We're pretty bitter about that and it's a normal human response to be so.
As far as Sypher and Fengrush. I went to watch them doing some PvP the other night. Sypher was playing Hearthstone. When asked why, he said he was bored of the PvP in ESO and wanted to play something else for awhile. I switched over to Fengrush's channel and he said much the same thing and was doing Maelstrom Arena. PvP is in the unhealthiest state it has ever been in my 2+ years of playing ESO. I don't know how I can make this any clearer for you...

Dude, just stop it. Your first posts might have been a bit funny at least, but you are getting just pathetic repeating the same empty phrases each and every day. Like a sad, worn out entertainer without audience, unable to get that he is neither funny nor smart, repeating the same old message day in day out.
Get a job, it`s not difficult to interprete what`s going on at ZOS HQ internally if you take the game`s development over the course of the past 18 months into consideration ansd actually experienced business development by yourself. ZOS has made a lot of promises, did you read their manifest? They didn`t deliver but took the cash.
Some people just turn around, some people actually prefer to hold someone responsible for their promises.
It`s not on you to judge. Think, take a step back and let people decide for themselves how they treat a company that is so painfully disrespecting any promise they made to get what they want.

You talk as if them being a video game company makes any difference. They are still a company, a business, they still take our money. Them being a "video game company" doesn't make them any less responsible for what they do and say, or in the case of ZOS, what they don't do and don't say. They can't keep giving us the cold shoulder and ignoring so many of the games issues and not expect any kind of backlash, and neither can you.

The average CP on PC says it all. The average amount of CP on pc right now is 90. When the champion system came if you were vet cap you got 70 CP immediately. The amount of old school people that must have left for the average to be 90 must be frighteningly large. If I was bankrolling this I would be pulling people into meetings and chewing them out after finding that out. That is a sign of a huge sickness within the game.

We had people from all different backgrounds who, for a brief moment, were all able to congregate around a common interest.
A lot of you no doubt made new friends here, people who you might never have met otherwise, and with any luck you'll be able to continue on with them to the next game, whether that's Camelot Unchained or Crowfall or just playing Non-MMOs together. There are many more, though, who have simply drifted away, or are moving on to game that you won't be able to get invested in. I think that's crappiest part of this whole situation.
I myself came from WOW, pretty much doing only PVE/raiding.
I never imagined that I would find myself playing an open world AvA type PVP game alongside former DAOC players... but I did and it was pretty great! (when it worked)
I think the game expanded horizons for a lot of people in that way.
I've gone back to WOW now, so that's that... but it was fun derping around in Cyrodiil with all you wonderful random strangers!
And who knows... I've gotten a taste of AvA PvP now... so maybe I'll check out Camelot when it comes out...
Example, imagine if somebody like Sypher quit the game, badmouthing ZOS on his way out, do you have any idea how many paying people would follow suit and quit also?
