ZOS, so many of us have been waiting a long time to be able to craft in the Akaviri style, and most of us for one reason: katanas and daikatanas!
Any fan of the Elder Scrolls franchise knows that Akaviri swords are katanas! What are you trying to do to us? What's worse is that there is already at least one katana model in ESO that is used by NPCs. You generally aren't lazy developers, so this blatant omission baffles me.
Fellow players, please post a comment below! Rally forth, give them hell. Let's make this thread so long that it breaks the forum website!
Note: For what it's worth, I think you did a pretty good job with the armor models. I think they're pretty cool. But the weapons need fixed. Please don't miss this opportunity to do right by your players.

Unless this degrades PvE in some way which it wouldn't then it doesn't matter to ZoS they can't balance PvP and PvE is all the really have to hold the game up so they will not rushing to fix this.
Besides with Cyrodiil not being a Jungle, Khajiit homeland being locked away, Humans being able to travel the Black Marsh and the High Elves letting people on their islands it's not like they really care about The Lore.Chaos Shadow-Scale: Shadow Archer

as it is an iconic weapon pressing as mutch money as possible out of the game is the current goal...spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

Except you find a Katana in Skyrim that's been there since the 1st era. You also meet ghosts in Oblivion that are from the 1st era and have katanas.2 -

There is an Akaviri Dragonguard set, IIRC it starts to drop in the second zone of each alliance. It is Nord-style...0 -

Once I have finished orsinium I cannot see myself continuing to play and taking a break until the next dlc. Why? Because I can't stand the grind to get mats, the grind to get the motifs, and the absurd amount of mats needed to craft v16 and the absurd amount of AP required to buy motifs. ZOS this isn't FUN.
On the subject of the katana sword isn't the blessing of the potentates Akaviri style?0 -
