ESO + Dual Monitors + Windows10 = What a POS game

I am sure the developers have more important things on their mind than worry about config issues with Win10 and a dual monitor setup, the problem could easily be at your end.

I would like also to play on my 3 monitor setup, just I just need to be able to move the UI elements around to get it to work.

I think the UI is hard coded where the windows are so an addon will not work.

Windows 10 is OK for ESO, but it does tend to crash more than Windows 7.

IMO this runs a lot better on win10 on an ASUS g series laptop but what's the issue with dual monitors?

Why are you trying to run two monitors vs one large monitor?
I'd personally go for three monitors but not two....is your vid card drivers preventing dual monitors?

I suspect a driver issue since it crashes when models change. I used to be able to crash on demand from character selection just by changing characters. That is fixed now but it now crashes in character creation quite reliably, usually when doing a randomize.

Disable your add-ons and play.
Then turn one back on at a time until it crashes. Even on PTS as I don't play PC live anymore, I've not had one crash on win10

But I don't run any add-one and have an older gaming laptop but win 7 and win8.1 were both nightmares running this game.
Now it's smooth sailing once I updated my drivers.

Only problems I have with Win10 and ESO is just the normal bugs ESO has. Runs a lot better than it did on 7 and 8.1.

Not sure what issue you have. I have been playing this game on Windows 10 with my dual monitor setup and haven't had any issues. I am able to move my mouse to both screens without issue.

Are you playing the game in full screen mode, or full screen (windowed) mode.

1. It's a massive game. Yet considering the size and content in it, there's very little ground-breaking bugs to worry about. The developers have done an amazing job.

I've never regretted mounting a 40" TV on the wall just above my PC desk, Looks just like a desktop monitor. 1080P 120Hz at a viewing distance of about 2 to 2 1/2 feet is good enough for me. My eyes can't distinguish pixels at 1080P at that distance on a 40" screen. Same surface area as four 20" monitors. If I want extra stuff I just run it windowed and put stuff up around it and i still got more gaming screen area than most desktop Monitors.

The UI can be moved via addons ... Azurah is excellent for this.

Very true ... Was in a discussion about this very thing yesterday with another Dev. Other addon devs have always stepped up and taken over the ones that are popular to keep them alive.

Since it is "the nature of the beast" that players (including addon developers) move on; what we really need is a new set of players to get involved on ESOUI.com and pick up where the others left off. Plenty of tuts and friendly folk to guide them too!

ive been playing eso on 3 monitors since launch ive had no issues.. except the win 10 bug in full screen apps.. were u cant see the mouse. how i fixed, in mouse propties. tick the box that says display pointer trails.. .. tempory fix.

No clue what OP is on about. I've ran Win10 since it was available for insider preview almost a year ago and ESO worked well then, it works well now. I also never had any problems setting up multi-displays. Check your settings and try again.
