Please Help......

I have used up every single resource and not a single word back from Bethesda Customer Support. So im reaching out to the forums. I placed an order on 8/28/2015 and today is 10/6/2015. I have not received anything. My order number is 2300208440 and just shows "Paid" and not "Shipped". I was charged (of course) but received nothing. I have called the number 1-866-806-8865 2 times. Once on 9/29/2015 and again on 10/1/2015. I received no call back (Even though when you call they say to expect a call back within 1 business day)

I have also opened up a Support Ticket number 85299 on 8/28/2015 and it has not been assigned to a tech...

At this point i have 0 clue what to do since i have been ignore on each front. I thought about reaching out to a lawyer since i paid for something i never received and when im trying to reach out to customer support i get no answer at all (The phone number on the site is Automated, you talk to no one, your told to leave a message.....)

Does anyone recommend anything, im totally lost.....If someone from Bethesda could please just reach out via message i would just like to get my product i ordered and this issue behind me....or at the very least a status of the order......
