The District Daily Quests -- why do we have to return to the base each time?

This is a minor gripe, but I would much prefer to get all 6 district daily quests in the base at one time and then go through the city and finish them all and then return to the base, ESPECIALLY given the base-to-district and district-to-sewer or district-to-base (imperial retreat stones) screen loading times (these are much longer than the base-to-sewer/sewer-to-base and the district-to-district loading screens). Instead of 12 total for the long loading screens, we could cut them down to 2 total. Any chance you guys could just let us grab the quests in the home base and do them all at the same time instead of having to go back and forth and do them all individually?

yeah they should just give the quests on a board in the main base instead of each district.. good idea

80 stones what you get from IC dailie bag isnt worth to go through all those loading screens.

They made this so people can camp entrances and kill other players without searching them.

Small Edit on this. I do tend to agree it's a little worthless, 80 TV's for completing it. Granted it's not hard, but they are incredibly repetitive.

Might be more incentive to do it if there was a slight RNG chance it would give you a medium or heavy Telvar sack :)

A game starts to go bad when people begin thinking of everything as an inconvenience.

Either get a group to do dailies and fight your way back to your home base sewers or solo them stealthily. I might get annoyed if I get ganked when theres a group of 6 AD swarming the Arena district apparently doing the daily too, but it's as satisfying avoiding their path and snagging a chest or two while they're busy dying to the street sweeper. I actually had a bit of a thrill when a AD NB tried to gank me while doing the 'oh so tedious' collect-the-records quest, and I managed to rob him of two locked chests while he got distracted by mobs or aggroed the boss.

Please stop asking for everything to be made easier for your convenience, because that just results in a diluted experience overall then people begin complaining about content being too short. Make your own entertainment.

    QFT.
i just dont care about TV stones anymore (full v16 gear), so i just stick to the districts looking for small skirmishes.
i dont care about PVE. i tried to gank at enemy sewers, but two loadinhg screens after death is way to penalizing. the greed is not worth it.

i hope more people realize this and populate the districts.

This is why I stopped doing the dailies. I was spending more time going back and forth and enduring those bloody long load screens than I was actually doing these short quests.

    maybe this help:
after complete your first quest, dont go back to base. go to next district, die losing 10% carried stones, respawn and get next quest. do it in every district, just then return to base. 6 x 80 tv stones = 480 stones.

A bigger grow is going to get your bounty from the main board.

Stick one in the sewers please

That is exactly what my guild did. We were going to run the dailies as a guild event. But instead of this being a fun traversal of all the districts, with a mix of PvP and PvE along the route, it turned into an exercise in sitting through loading screens. Going from district to district is fairly fast. But going from district to sewers and vice versa, over and over again, is a real hassle. Everybody got annoyed by the loading screens and the group fell apart.

Sitting through loading screen after loading screen is not entertainment. Ideally, ZOS should fix the loading screens. If they cannot, they need to realize the effect it is having on game systems and adjust them to avoid unnecessary loading screens.

It's pretty good XP if you're enlightened -- like 84k per quest or so, and they're so quick -- they take like 5 to 10 minutes each plus you get to gank and farm while you're running around. I like them.

Was this a reply to the original post, because if so, you completely missed the complaint.

I tried that and I couldn't get the next quest until I turned in the other one. The quest giver is not even up there.
