It's an IC thing! Haven't been their enough to have figured it out. Still don't know how to find them. The thread that put it in my mind spoke of loosing them in a battle with a boss.

...and I do love this game. It's the most promising MMO release since a decade. Stunning visuals + unique character developement = awesome. For sake of freedom in character developement I even accept unbalances.

...but it's a serious issue for an MMO (and not just for MMOs) if an issue involves overall technical playability.

I also enjoy this game a lot. I really look past all the issues and just adapt. Move on or whatever I need to do to continue playing. I have enough stress in my life with work and worrying about my family to get all worked up over a software bug or design issue.

There will always be issues and even if there was no bugs (impossible) the forums would still be full of people not liking this or that.

You can always guarantee that if you come on to the forums talking positive you will always get a flood of people that seem to take offence to your positivity. Just ignore them, their opinions are worthless. They are spur of them moment irrational comments as the result of something making them rage in game.

As someone previously stated, those that desperately try convincing you that the game is pointless and "give it some time and..." are just whining because they dont like the game and dont understand people that do, so form hate recruitment drives to make themselves feel better.

The reason the forum is full of whiners is because the MAJORITY that enjoy the game are actually in game... Playing the game... Because they enjoy it..


The best advice; stay away from the forums. enjoy the game, do what YOU want, dont seek other peoples "permission" to play a certain way. The more you read the forums the more it starts corrupting your mind and peoples nagativity and pessimism starts to rub off on you.

I for one am on the same boat. I LOVE the game, and think ZOS did a great job!

I'm a new gamer, and really enjoy playing ESO. As a software developer myself, I respect the entire development team. Great Job, Guys!

The problem I have is with the decision makers, I create a character and use the skills that are provided to me. I learn how to use those skills and then I get NERFED! It's hard to explain how i feel about this, but its kind of like bending over to pick a flower in the game and out of nowhere a semi truck runs you over. It hurts.

I am 100% against nerfing. Allot of people have complained about Sorc's Bolt Escape, Perma Blocking, and the continues dodge roll, and now the nightblade cloaking. For me, some of the best memories I have are those so called OP moments.

I remember I was in a group in PVP, and the entire group was running around a tree trying to catch the EMP who was dodge rolling. It was really funny, we chased him until we all finally gave up.

I remember popping up a siege to try and kill the DK that would never die because of his shield.

And then the Sorc that totally destroys me, and bolt escapes away. I think i have seen half my alliance try and catch a sorc that was bolt escaping, my maxed out horse has a hard time keeping up with them.

You know how many times I have popped up a siege and seen those sneaky little devil NB hammer my head then disappear? Allot.

I also got to mention the DK, who grabs me with the claw while some sniper begins to kill me with some poison arrows and i try to get away but the claw will not let me go.

Pretty soon, those will be the good old days, the funnest part of ESO. If ESO keeps going in the direction we are going now then this game will be no fun at all. Some of you may like the changes, but soon you will see your friends slowly disappear.

Some say you have choices, either adapt or just leave, but it should not be like that. And actually its kind of hard leaving this game because it becomes apart of who you are.

Sorry but I must disagree with this. I've been playing since console launch and don't feel nearly the way all of ya'll do. Most of the time the complaining is over mechanics that people are just plain crying about because they can't win in Cyrodiil and demand a nerf. Other times it's either bugs and stuff or petty things for the most part, usually wanting conveniences to spoil them.

Indeed this is a great game and like all MMORPGs it has its own quirks but overall the complaining is done by a bunch of raging kids who don't know how to compromise.

Me too! I've just hit VR5 and I love this game. Sure, it has flaws, every game does, but I can't put it down and love exploring new areas and some of the quest storylines are excellent.

This place is full of justified rage the player base is either lied to or flat out ignored ask any kind of question and it's players that answer. ZoS makes any kind of promise and it's either never followed through or it much farther away then they lead on a year and a half of that or two year and a half years with Beta it wears on you.

It's kind of interesting how there always seems to be a thread like this once every week or every other week, or once a month at the least. I check back to the forums often on breaks at work, have for quite some months now and the trend always seems to be there. I don't have anything against it, it's nice to not have a negative thread once in awhile, and it's certainly one of the better things that seem to trend and cycle here.

Anyone else notice that?

I had to edit it.. look at the post below it.. I did some stock research instead of game research. There is more than one Zenimax.
