I've had my share of crashes and long waits, and I know that the server struggle is unresolved. BUT, this is a game, a complicated software system, and relatively new. All those things combined, for me, equals needed patience.
I see a really great franchise that is turning into a fantastic open world.

idk why bethesda chose this nameless hopeless company to partner with. has anyone even heard of zenimax before eso? because I have not. a nameless corporation to manage all this was a dumb idea. someone more reliable like blizzard should have been in charge.

Bethesda didn't "choose" anything lol. They are owned by Zenimax, who also owns:
Arkane Studios (Dishonored)
Machine Games (Wolfenstein The New Order, Wolfenstein The Old Blood)
Tango Gameworks (The Evil Within)
Id Software (Doom, Quake and Wolfenstein)
and, of course, Zenimax Online Studios which was created specifically to make their online MMOs
Bethesda is just part of the stable of companies Zenimax owns.
Hey complainers they're working hard to make us all happy, give them some time and credi!
That said.....
I just got to v1 and have an open question.
Before I jump into the big battles, I want to quest all that I can. I can't find a concise thread that talks about all the new ways of what I'm working towards. I'm sure I'm gonna sound stupid, but what are those stones in my character breakdown.
I'm sure you can tell I'm new to mmos, but I think this game is awesome:)
Thanks for any input.

if that's the case they would be able to handle the game but they cant therefore I don't believe.

You don't believe in fact?
Alrighty then. I'll keep that in mind when reading your future posts.
https://zenimax.com/studios
Oh I forgot about Battlecry Studios. They own that, too.
The devs absolutely do work hard and deserve credit. That's a given. But it's management who decides how much money to put into the game, and how to allocate that money. The number and quality of developers employed is a management choice. Task assignments/priorities are a management choice. A lot of the questions/complaints on the forums that relate to time really boil down to management choices, and they are valid.
I for one enjoy the complaining. Their rage feeds me.Hey complainers they're working hard to make us all happy, give them some time and credi!

Yeah lie he said Zenimax is a multibillion dollar company. Zenimax online studios was created to make eso and future products. I'm starting to get the feeling zos may quietly dissolve after this though

did you get an answer to your generic stones question? i dont know if we know what stones you mean.I hope you continue to enjoy the questing you have plenty to do! unfortunately my friends saw how slow the progress on the XP bar went and all the extra content and were daunted by it, and stopped playing, that among other reasons (poor group finder and lacking text chat). but if you enjoy quests im sure you have plenty to do yet.
- champion points? these are star constellations unlocked when you become "veteran" ranked but may look like stones not stars?
- Tal Var stones are now mentioned in the bank screen which are from the Imperial City DLC
- and Mundus stones i assume you have found before? but are buffs.
This is a Bussiness. We are customers , it comes with the turf. When the complaining stops cause no one is playing they really have issues.
