Quit being over-dramatic. I play nightly on my Xbox One, and it plays just fine.

    Are the bugs annoying? Sure.
Do they make the game unplayable? No, absolutely not.

They've already given us a timetable for the fixes to apply. They have to send them through Microsoft and Sony to check out to make sure that they won't break anything on those online services before getting the "OK" for the patches to go live.

Gina was very nice in stating that the patches will come a bit into October, but October begins next week, so it's not like you're going to have to wait months.

Patience is a virtue and the game still plays just fine. The patch will be here before you know it.

@ZOS_GinaBruno what about the bug that you can't get ANY items if your bag is full even if they stack unless you use auto loot because the new system prevents pressing the take buttons? What was wrong with the old loot system anyways? It did not seem broken to me.

This is ridiculous. So by the time the bugs are fixed, which most of them should have never went live, 2 months will have passed. Why cant you just push out small hotfixes that cost you nothing and dont have to be cert tested instead of waiting and doing large patches that cost you money and have to go through Microsoft cert testing? @ZOS_GinaBruno

You're completely missing the point of "First Party Certification". All of you are. The certification makes it legal to add any fix whatsoever and if they try to push some fix without certification they will only end up neck deep in legal issues that will cost them both time and money which would only serve to further prolong any progress on the game whatsoever.

Have some god damn patience for once, kids.

First of all, not a kid. Using as an insult shows your intelligence level. Second, updates and hotfixes dont have to be Cert tested, so no, they would not be "neck deep in legal issues". The more you know, the less dumb you sound.

    @Gina,

Thanks for the information as this was the first post I've seen acknowledging some of the bigger console issues. Which may be a function of me not knowing exactly where to look and not digging through the forums using search.

    Thanks aside.

Waiting essiently a month for fixes to the IC DLC/Patch is not exactly reasonable at least not for me. I have every desire for you guys to get it right with one fix, not rush the certification process, and not break anything else in the process. A month plus is not necessarily a reasonable timeline.

In sort they don't want to spend money to hotfix anything so they will have you wait over a month with broken mechanic's so they can fix them and add a new line of crown store item's as well for Halloween. What a joke.

Zos need's to get with the other console mmo's and make it so you can update small hotfix's just like Warframe. Warframe had these same problem's where they could only fix the big issue's every 2 week's, now they can push small hotfix's/bug's without the certification process with an internal patcher.

I get some of these issue's require new code but some of them can be hotfixed.

And had you bothered to do a modicum of research, you'd know that @ZOS_GinaBruno had already said that these issues aren't "hot fix" issues. They require a significant amount of code work, and thus need to go through the cert process that MS and Sony require for their online services.

The more you know, the less dumb you sound.

Really? I'm a heavy pvp player and haven't had any issues on ps4, load times in the regular game are still sub 30 seconds, and haven't hit any in pvp longer than a minute..

So what's so broken about pvp? The fact you can't see beams? Hardly 'broken' as opposed to an annoyance if anything.

Unfortunately these issues specifically cannot be hotfixed due to the way they need to be fixed; they require code changes. Also, we are not able to avoid or rush through the certification process. We know it's frustrating, but we'll get everything straightened out as soon as we're able.

The frustrating part is that bugs as obvious as these weren't caught before the patch was released in the first place.

NO. ZOS SHOULD HAVE HAD SOME "GOD DAMN" PATIENCE.
Patience to release the DLC when it is finished, not when it breaks the game.

There are so many obvious, game-breaking bugs now in the PS4 version,
ZOS must have known about them. But they decided to release the buggy DLC anyway.

People lose dungeons, because their groups cannot see beams from bosses.
People are stuck in missions, because beams cannot be aligned.
People die, because they do not see when beverage effects run out anymore.
People lose thousands of gold per day, because the guild stores are unusable.
    Shall I continue?

Update 7 made a mess of a PS4 version that was running well.
And now they tell us, we have to bear the mess for one month?
It was their business decision to release the DLC prematurely, creating the mess.
Now it is their responsibility to fix the mess ASAP, before we are losing more players.

Why couldn't you work these out before forcing the release on everyone? You (general usage I know it's not Giana's personal fault) broke this game for me by forcing the download of buggy content that I don't even want to play. Zen has lost me as a customer. Mostly I'm just really disappointed in the lack of quality in this game. With each patch it just seems like something bigger gets broken.

this is just flat out taking advantage of your customers. You push crown store updates regularly. You still collect ESO plus membership fees while your game is in this downright awful state. The thing that upsets me more then anything else is this. Was this update ever even play tested in house or beta or what? How can such downright obvious, blatent, glaring issues not be noticed. It doesn't take one but a whole min to figure out the game is now worse off then it was before the update. The very fist log in with your character starts popping up "unusual long load times" then after you wait for that your lucky if you can even access the guild bank. Try to buy something in a guild trader. No prices listed, sometimes when you try to buy things it says item not found but yet it keeps showing up for sale no matter how many times you leave and come back.

Even worse yet is the amount of time taken to even acknowledge the issues or at the very least just say something. Most are given the lame response of file a report. I assure you no report is needed just turn on the ps4 and try playing your own game Zeni. Now after all this we are asked to be even more patient and wait for up to an additional 2 to 3 more weeks before an update comes out. But keep collecting plus membership.

I have been gaming many years and I am usually fairly patient when it comes to bugs and errors in games and timeframes for fixes but this to me is just downright unreasonable. You are asking too much from your customers. Its not an opinion its fact. I run an 800 member plus trading guild since the update I have lost over many members. Not to other guilds but to other games. They are not coming back. Those of you that say this is not gamebreaking. Your right its not. Its business breaking. So many players are leaving and turning there back on the game because of the issues. At times load times are surpassing 3 mins in certain zones. How did this ever get through internal testing? The short answer there never was any.

Please hear your community Zeni and bust your butts to fix your errors. Not because people are pissed at you but because I love this game and I don't want to see the player base crushed because of your inability to do proper QA and then deliver fixes in a "Reasonable amount of time"
